2)フィットネスplusが、畠中整骨院にご通院の方の体力落とさないご利用のご案内(特に猛暑のため、散歩しない方も増えてそれが身体弱る可能性あります)

3)フィットネスplusから学生さんのご利用

特に今は夏季休暇中ですので

4)これは、顧問弁護士の先生にも確認しますが、部活の顧問の先生が、クラブの子の症状を知りたい

しかしながら、個人情報もあるため、保護者の方の了解があればよいということかもしれません

が、その辺の正確な話とそれに伴うホームページ上で、ご連絡頂けるツール作り

I am Takeshi Hatakenaka Director of Hatakenaka Osteopathic Clinic.

1)I would like to put more information about self-funded treatments in one place (items and fees).

2)Fitness PLUS is a guide for those who come to Hatanaka Osteopathic Clinic so that they do not lose their fitness (especially because of the heat wave, more and more people are not taking walks, which may weaken their bodies).

3) Use by students from Fitnessplus

Especially now that we are on summer break.

4)I will check this with our legal counsel, but the club’s advisor would like to know the symptoms of the children in the club.

However, since there is also personal information, it may be that the parents’ consent is all that is required

However, we would like to have an accurate story about this and to create a tool on our website to contact the parents.
