本日、母の月命日の日です

畠中整骨院を盛り立てて頂いた母のためにも最善を尽くして仕事したいと思います

また、当院は午後のスタッフ1名募集です

仕事内容は、楽かハードかと言われたらハードです

が、やりがいはあると思います

午後スタッフは、在籍しております。そのスタッフは違う時間帯にシフトでお願いする計画です。それは、当院のデジタル化に伴い、パソコン作業できる方が必須となります

もう一点、長期的雇用戦略により45歳以下の方を対象としております(労働基準法適用)

今勤務の午後スタッフは、違う時間帯にシフトとなりますので、一緒に勤務とかではありません

I am Takesh Hatakenaka, Director of Hatakenaka Orthopedic Clinic.

October is coming to an end.

Today marks the monthly memorial day for my mother.

I want to do my very best at work for my mother, who helped build up Hatanaka Orthopedic Clinic.

Also, our clinic is recruiting one afternoon staff member.

If asked whether the work is easy or hard, I’d say it’s hard.

However, I believe it is rewarding.

We currently have an afternoon staff member, but due to our clinic’s digitalization, computer skills are essential.

Furthermore, as part of our long-term employment strategy, we are targeting applicants under 45 years old (subject to the Labor Standards Act).

The current afternoon staff member works a different shift, so you would not be working together.
