仕事内容は、楽かハードかと言われたらハードです
が、やりがいはあると思います
午後スタッフは、在籍しております。そのスタッフは違う時間帯にシフトでお願いする計画です。それは、当院のデジタル化に伴い、パソコン作業できる方が必須となります
もう一点、長期的雇用戦略により45歳以下の方を対象としております(労働基準法適用)
今勤務の午後スタッフは、違う時間帯にシフトとなりますので、一緒に勤務とかではありません

Only two months left in the year.
We will treat each and every patient
with care and thorough treatment.

Also, our clinic is recruiting one afternoon staff member.
If asked whether the work is easy or hard, it’s hard.
However, I believe it offers a sense of fulfillment.
We currently have an afternoon staff member. We plan to have that staff member work shifts during different hours. This is because, with our clinic’s digitalization, someone capable of computer work is essential.
One more point: due to our long-term employment strategy, we are targeting individuals under 45 years old (subject to the Labor Standards Act).
The current afternoon staff member will be assigned to a different shift, so they will not be working alongside the new hire.
