さて、最近　鼻がくずくずしてこられる方が、多くお聞きすると、花粉症

あくまでも当院の専門領域ではありませんが、

効果が期待できる治療機器があります

スーパーライザーという治療機器です

また、これのみ一度試してみたいという方は、

そんなに高い料金設定ではありません

運動器疾患でご通院の方は、通常の施術に加算という形でできます

2)スーパーライザーのみの場合は、完全保険外となるということです

1)の方は中華そばをもう保険で、注文されているので、

チャーシュー、ネギなどのトッピング料金設定で可能であるということ

2)は、中華そばが、保険がきかないで少し高い中華そばをご注文頂くというイメージです

Now, recently, I’ve been hearing from many people that their noses are running due to hay fever.

While this is not strictly within our clinic’s specialty,

we do have a treatment device that can be expected to be effective.

It is a treatment device called the Super Raiser.

Also, for those who would like to try just this once,

please understand that this is not covered by insurance.

The fee is not excessively high.

For patients visiting us for musculoskeletal disorders, it can be added as a supplement to your regular treatment.

1). For patients receiving regular insurance-covered treatment at our clinic, it can be added to that.

2) If you only want the Super Raiser, it is completely non-insurance.

To put it simply:

1) is like you’ve already ordered ramen,

so you can add toppings like chashu or scallions at an extra charge.

2) is like ordering a slightly more expensive ramen that isn’t covered by insurance.

Does that make sense? lol

予約不要です

また、骨折などの急患や、初検の方は、優先的に先にみさせて頂きます

寝台数多いので、予約は必要なく、待ち時間もほぼなく入れるということです

さて、ある保険者より、他院に通院中で、後期高齢の方に書類が届き、お聞きすると特段保険適応のことをその院の先生が、されている

しかしながら、患者様はそのような書類が、くると萎縮してしまい、当院にご相談というケースが増えております

保険料払っているのにと、その方は嘆いておられます

そこで、当院では、自費提案をさせて頂きます

一般的な自費というのは、5000円から1万ぐらいのイメージあります

が、当院はそうではありません

それでお願いしますという方も増えております

例えて言えば

数年前は日本の中でも、iPhoneとGooglepixelの所有率が、iPhoneがかなり多かった

去年、今年、携帯ショップの方曰く

半々になってきておりますとのこと

当院でも、年配の方でもそういう現象になりつつあります

それは、当院が、保険適応及びその周辺の流れと療養費、医療費の話、社会保障費のからくりをお話しすると、じゃあ自費でということになるのです

自費の選択肢は、もっと増やそうと考えておりますので、日本社会の高度成長に御貢献され年金暮らしの物価もあがっている昨今

年配の方には、当院では、できるだけ保険を使わずとも、懐に優しい医療を提供しようと思います

その同線上で、二階フィットネスプラスからは、畠中整骨院通院中の70歳以上の方は、

じゃあ何回まで無料で使用できるという提案を検討中です

その法律を知らない方が誤解招いたらいけないので先にお伝えさせて頂きます。

上記内容に関して、整骨院からのサービスなどの告知、広告は、広告の制限もしくは、誘因性の法則に抵触しかねます

が、フィットネスプラスは、自由市場であるために、フィットネスプラスから、自由にトレーニングしてくださいは、OKであること、ご理解のほどよろしくお願い申し上げます。

Now, regarding a certain insurer: documents have been sent to elderly patients enrolled in the Late-Stage Senior Insurance program who are currently receiving treatment at other clinics. Upon inquiry, it appears the doctors at those clinics are specifically handling insurance coverage matters.

However, we are seeing an increase in cases where patients become anxious upon receiving such documents and come to consult with our clinic.

These individuals lament, “I’m paying insurance premiums, yet…”

Therefore, our clinic offers a self-pay option.

Typically, out-of-pocket costs are imagined to be around 5,000 to 10,000 yen.

But that’s not the case at our clinic.

More and more people are choosing this option.

To illustrate:

A few years ago, even within Japan, iPhone ownership was significantly higher than Google Pixel ownership.

Last year and this year, according to mobile phone shop staff,

it has become about half and half.

At our clinic too, even among older patients, this phenomenon is emerging.

This happens because when we explain insurance coverage, related processes, medical expenses, and the mechanics of social security costs, patients often decide to opt for out-of-pocket treatment.

We plan to expand our out-of-pocket options further. Given Japan’s high economic growth era and the rising cost of living for pensioners today,

we aim to provide affordable medical care at our clinic for seniors, minimizing insurance use whenever possible.

Along these lines, we are considering a proposal for patients aged 70 and over who visit Hatanaka Orthopedic Clinic:

Free access to Fitness Plus on the second floor for a certain number of visits.

This stems from Fitness Plus’s founding principle of preventing the need for nursing care.

We are carefully considering ways to ensure our clinic is a place where local residents feel comfortable and enjoy coming and going, offering relaxation for both mind and body through care prevention, dementia prevention, and more.

和歌浦東の国道42号線はさんでから、和歌浦西に移転して13年強

本来なら、移転時されるべき工事が

その時、なされていない工事がいくつか判明しました

それに伴い、ここ数年、その設計士先生および施工業者さまの協議や話してきましたが

両者場当たり的もしくは、私としては両者の方々が、思いつきのように、コロコロ方針が、かわるように感じてきました

そこで、今回、設計士先生及び施工業者を変えて行います

設計士先生は、辻岡設計事務所、施工業者さまは、浅川組様に変えて、行います

ずっとおかしいと思っていた疑問点もしくは、えっこんなこと今更するのということが、出てきている状況です

当ビルは敷地面積や大きさもあるので、費用もまたかかり、私としても非常に迷惑かつ、資金的にも負担は大きいのですが、行います

それに伴い、あくまでも概略ですが、工程をお伝えさせて頂きます

令和8年３月23日開始から５月31日で終了予定

終了予定は変わる早くなる可能性があるとのことです

基本、施術に影響はないですが、大きな音あれば、ご了承ください

また、毎週土曜日は、50台近い車全て埋まる日ですが、公共下水切替工事のため、

土曜日の患者様駐車場に影響ある断線があります

その際は臨時駐車場が、3つあるので、

停められない場合は

当院スタッフが案内させて頂きます

その駐車場に影響でる時期は

4月の3週ぐらいの週末のみかと思います

あとは、ゴールデンウィークでやってくれます

設計士さんは、私の高校の同級生で、医療機関も多く設計されていて、最近なら和歌山駅の

星野クリニックさんを設計されております

浅川組様は、和歌山では技術や組織力では、大きな、信頼おける会社、

みなさんで力を合わせて頂き、患者様、会員様に喜ばれるビルの改修工事を行いたいと思う次第です

It has been over 13 years since we relocated from the east side of Wakaura, across National Route 42, to the west side.

There were several construction projects that should have been completed during the move

but were never actually carried out.

Over the years, I’ve discussed this with both the architect and the construction company,

but I felt their responses were ad hoc, or what I perceived as constantly changing on a whim.

Therefore, this time, we are changing both the architect and the construction company.

We will proceed with Tsujioka Design Office as the architect and Asakawa-gumi as the construction company.

Questions I’ve long found questionable, or things like “Wait, they’re doing this now?”, are now surfacing.

Given the building’s lot size and scale, the costs are significant. This is extremely inconvenient for me and a major financial burden, but we will proceed.

Accordingly, while this is only a rough outline:

Work is scheduled to begin on March 23, 2026, and end by May 31, 2026.

The completion date may change and could potentially be earlier.

While treatment will generally not be affected, please be aware that loud noises may occur.

Additionally, Saturdays typically see nearly 50 vehicles filling the lot. However, due to public sewer line switching work,

there will be a disconnection affecting patient parking on Saturdays.

This is expected to occur only on weekends around the third week of April.

The rest of the work will be done during Golden Week.

The architect is a high school classmate of mine who has designed many medical facilities, most recently Hoshino Clinic.

Asakawa-gumi is a highly trusted company in Wakayama for their technical expertise and organizational strength. They will carry out building renovations that our patients and members will appreciate.

We kindly ask for the understanding of our neighbors.

P.S.

Work on the Nishihama site will also take place from mid-March to early April.

We will also carry out good renovation work here, such as opening during non-clinic hours and tenant spaces.
