Graduates who have already been practicing are not eligible.

The reason is that many people are unable to break away from the practices of their previous clinics.

As I’ve mentioned before,

we’ve received nearly 10 applications, including one from a major 24-hour fitness club. However, due to the nature of our main business as an osteopathic clinic, we have not yet finalized a lease agreement.

Next, we received a direct inquiry from a renowned physician currently practicing in Tokyo.

We cannot disclose their specialty at this time, including any plans for future practice openings in the area, but negotiations are underway.

かなり症状辛そうな方が多いように感じます

そこで、その自費メニューを作成しました

デモ機器は、免疫力アップに効果が、期待できる。それをあてながらスーパーライザーを照射させる

二つされる場合は相乗効果あります

その場合は1時間に2枠の予約とさせて頂きます

スーパーライザーだけの場合は予約不要で、同時に10名のご希望の方がご来院された場合は確かに待ってもらう必要あるかと思います

照射時間を含めて基本予約不要で、行うことができると思います

I sense many people are suffering quite severely from the symptoms.

Therefore, we have created a self-pay menu.

The demo device is expected to boost immunity. We apply it while simultaneously administering Super Raiser irradiation.

Combining both treatments yields synergistic effects.

In such cases, we require a one-hour appointment slot.

For Super Raiser alone, no appointment is needed. However, if ten people wish to receive treatment simultaneously, there will likely be a wait.

Including irradiation time, treatment is generally available without an appointment.

Please note the above services are self-pay.

While self-pay services often have a price range of around ¥5,000 to ¥10,000, ours are not in that range, so please rest assured.

さて、3月、4月は色々と卒業、入学、人事など入れ替わる時期ですね

当院はデジタル化に伴い、午後のスタッフ増員人員募集してきました

10名ぐらい1週間でご応募あり、4名ぐらいの方がよく、全てシフトにしたいくらいでした

がそうすると、勤務時間は週1回ぐらいになります

そのため、そこから2名に絞り、今まで固定で行うという概念を崩して、2名で、シフトとします

午前なら6回あるので、3名でシフトでも、良いですが、午後は週4回しかないので。

一人は、歯科衛生士の学生さんで楽ない試験があるので、３月下旬ぐらいから勤務開始となります

一人は今日から勤務となりますが、クリニックでの勤務経験もあるので、スマートに順応できるかと思います

勤務歴の長い午前スタッフにまずついて指導してもらうので、しばらく午前もいます

会った時はよろしくお願い申し上げます。

今、午後勤務のスタッフは、違う時間帯でのシフト勤務となります

今後、忙しい時間帯など、特に高校生、大学生、看護学生さんなどを短時間スポット勤務募集してとにかく入れるスタッフ数を増やすつもりです

それは、資格者の非常勤も含みます

柔道整復師の国家資格も終わったので新卒の方の求職もお待ちしております

Now, March and April are times of transition with graduations, new enrollments, personnel changes, and so on.

As part of our digitalization efforts, our clinic has been recruiting afternoon staff.

We received about 10 applications in one week. We were considering hiring around 4 people and putting everyone on shifts.

However, that would mean each person would only work about once a week.

Therefore, we narrowed it down to two people and decided to break from the concept of fixed staff. We will now operate with two people on a shift basis.

For the morning shift, there are six shifts available, so having three people on a shift would work well. However, the afternoon shift only has four shifts per week.

One person is a dental hygienist student who has an upcoming exam, so they will start working around late March.

The other person starts working today.

They will first shadow and be trained by our long-tenured morning staff, so they will be present in the mornings for a while.

Please be kind to them when you meet them.

Moving forward, we plan to increase the number of available staff, especially during busy periods, by recruiting high school students, college students, nursing students, and others for short-term spot shifts.

This includes qualified part-time staff.

Since the national certification for judo therapists has concluded, we are also accepting applications from new graduates.

Also, for those who would like to try just this once,

please understand that this is not covered by insurance.

The fee is not excessively high.

For patients visiting us for musculoskeletal disorders, it can be added as a supplement to your regular treatment.

1). For patients receiving regular insurance-covered treatment at our clinic, it can be added to that.

2) If you only want the Super Raiser, it is completely non-insurance.

To put it simply:

1) is like you’ve already ordered ramen,

so you can add toppings like chashu or scallions at an extra charge.

2) is like ordering a slightly more expensive ramen that isn’t covered by insurance.
