最近、ありがたいことに昨日も終わりの時間が21時となりました

別にダラダラ仕事しているわけではありません

昨日、19時に以前より交通事故でご来院いただいる患者様が、こられ1時間待ちになる可能性をお伝えすると20時に用事あるとのことで、申し訳ありませんでした

また、家族の急病の看病により午前スタッフが、昨日欠けたそこは、午後スタッフがフォロー入れるのですが、それも踏まえてスタッフ募集を行います

1)午後は、当院のデジタル化に伴い、ワードなどパソコン作業、レジできる方必須です

午後の患者様の年代層もお若いので、労働基準法の長期的雇用戦略を適用させて、年齢制限45歳以下(高校生可)

2)午後の柔道整復師、鍼灸師のパートスタッフ

3)柔道整復師、鍼灸師の正社員

4)午前のスタッフが、シフト勤務可能であれば、欠勤に伴い、午前スタッフ募集

Recently, thankfully, yesterday’s closing time was 9 PM.

It’s not that we’re dragging our feet at work.

Yesterday, at 7 PM, a patient who had been coming to us for a traffic accident arrived. When I informed them there might be a one-hour wait, they said they had plans at 8 PM. I apologize for that.

Additionally, a morning staff member was absent yesterday due to caring for an urgently ill family member. While afternoon staff covered that shift, we are now recruiting staff considering this situation.

1) Afternoon shifts: Due to our clinic’s digitalization, proficiency in Word and other computer tasks, plus cash register operation, is essential.

Given the younger age group of our afternoon patients, we are applying a long-term employment strategy under the Labor Standards Act. Age limit: 45 years old or younger (high school students eligible).

2) Part-time Judo Therapists and Acupuncturists for the afternoon shift

3) Full-time Judo Therapists and Acupuncturists

4) Morning staff recruitment to cover absences, provided morning staff are available for shift work

当院は徴収しておりません

しかしながら、試合前のテーピングとなれば、通常のテーピングよりかなりしっかり目と多めに巻きますので、材料費は、ご負担頂きます

次に普段から当院に通院されている方のみとさせて頂きます

それは、普段からみさせて頂いているからこそ試合用の的確なテーピングができるからです

3)は、普段、なかなか練習の夜間までするので厳しい方を対象としております

Your call will be forwarded to the director’s mobile phone.

Regarding 2), I understand some clinics charge for taping materials as part of their regular treatment fees.

Our clinic does not charge for this.

However, for pre-match taping, we apply significantly more tape and wrap it much more securely than for regular taping. Therefore, we do ask for a fee for this service.

Next, this service is only available to patients who regularly attend our clinic.

This is because we can provide precise, competition-ready taping precisely because we have been treating you regularly.

3) is intended for those who find it difficult to fit appointments between practice sessions.

Depending on your schedule, Saturday evenings might also be an option.

慌てずというのが第一

and suddenly started moving again—though that’s not the direct cause.

While there’s no magic solution to prevent injuries,

the first step is to avoid rushing.

Next, keeping your feet warm is important—not just for injuries, but for overall health.

先日より、大きく骨がずれている方の

骨を戻す(徒手整復)

その結果、整形外科の先生から

整復が、非常に良好に保たれている。ずれてこなければ、

このまま手術せずにいけるとお返事数件頂けました

嬉しい限りです

それは、患者様が嬉しいということですね

骨を戻したらそのまま、もうずれてこないか？そういうものではなく、その後の観察も非常に重要です

私が当院にかえるまで、

大阪、行岡病院で年間

骨折、脱臼のみで、700から800件強

柔道整復師に整復、処置などを任せて頂いており、その経験が、その時、させて頂いたことが手で覚えております

捻挫、肉離れなどいれたら莫大な数になります

Recently, I’ve been performing manual reduction (manual realignment)

on patients with significant bone displacement.

As a result, several orthopedic surgeons have responded,

stating that the reduction was excellent and that if the displacement doesn’t recur,

surgery may not be necessary.

This is truly gratifying.

Does the bone stay in place after reduction? It’s not that simple; subsequent observation is also critically important.

Before returning to this clinic,

at Yukioka Hospital in Osaka,

I handled 700 to 800 cases annually

of fractures and dislocations alone,

entrusted to me for reduction and treatment as a judo therapist. That experience, what I did back then, is etched into my hands.

I aim to upgrade that skill even further than it is now.

今、学生さんとかであればテストとかで、進学に影響あるセンシィティブなところで、そういう観点からも早期対応、早期処置が、当院の今年度目指すところでもあります

さて、ケガされた場合

私の知りうる限り、最強の治療方法があります

骨折となれば、そこにもっともう一つ加わり

難治性でつきにくい骨折の場合、またもう一つ治療機器が存在します

ケガした場合は、その特殊な電気治療機器の波長を使います

組織修復を早く促す効果が期待できます

裏メニューとして、これを疲労回復にすることも可能で、時間をかければかけるほどきく治療機器です

急性外傷と同時に別コースもしたいつまり、全身の疲労回復のみしたい場合と異なり、

今の時期、試合シーズン、全身疲労回復をこの治療機器で行いたいなどの場合は、通常時間外にての保険外対応になります

I attended to an emergency patient.

Thankfully, it wasn’t a fracture or similar injury.

For students right now, exams can be critical for their future advancement. From that perspective too, prompt response and early treatment are key goals for our clinic this year.

Now, if you’ve been injured,

I know of the most powerful treatment method available.

For fractures, there’s an additional treatment.

For stubborn, difficult-to-heal fractures, another specialized treatment device exists.

For injuries, we use the wavelength of this special electrical therapy device.

It is expected to accelerate tissue repair.

As a hidden menu option, this device can also be used for fatigue recovery. The longer the treatment time, the more effective it becomes.

Unlike cases where you only want whole-body fatigue recovery, if you wish to undergo a separate course alongside acute trauma treatment—for instance, during the current match season when you want whole-body fatigue recovery using this device—it will be handled outside regular hours and not covered by insurance.

さて、昨日の裏メニュー、早速

ブログを毎日見て頂いている患者様から聞かれました

これは、予約制で通常の時間に行うことはできません

通常の受付時間であれば、

当院のメインとするケガ、痛みの施術に対して全ての時間を注ぎ込むので、上記の裏メニューに対応する時間的猶予はありません

なので、受付時間外でのお互い可能な時間の予約制となります

飲食店でよくある予約が入れば行うという感じです

そういう意味では、体外衝撃波も同じです

体外衝撃波は、通常の日でなければ加算とさせて頂きます

が、県内外問わず遠方から来られるスポーツされている学生さん、また普段なかなか通院しずらい会社員の方が多いのも体外衝撃波では、多いです

特にスポーツされている学生さんは、オフ日とかもあり、その日は通常の時間に入れます

が、県外から来られる学生さんもおられるのでその場合は、こういう対応も可能な方針に今年度しました

Now, regarding yesterday’s secret menu item,

a patient who reads my blog daily asked about it.

This was by appointment only and couldn’t be done during regular hours.

During our regular reception hours,

we have almost no time to spare for our main treatments—injuries and pain management.

Therefore, it’s by appointment outside reception hours, at a mutually convenient time.

It’s similar to how restaurants operate—if a reservation is made, we accommodate it.

In that sense, extracorporeal shock wave therapy is the same.

For extracorporeal shock wave therapy, we charge an additional fee unless it’s on a regular day.

However, we see many students who play sports and come from far away, both within and outside the prefecture, as well as office workers who find it difficult to visit regularly.

Especially for students involved in sports, they have off days, and on those days, they can come during regular hours.

But since we also have students coming from outside the prefecture, we’ve adopted this policy this year to accommodate such situations.
