最近、年度末など、新年度すぎて少し落ち着いてきたので

筋トレをできています

二階フィットネスplusは、

2パターンに分かれていて

酒井医療の医療機器メーカーのマシーンで

ロコモ、メタボ予防、介護予防に特化

もっとやりたい方は

マトリックス社の

スミスマシーン、ケーブルモーション

トレッドミルなどあります

おそらく両者が揃っているフィットネスクラブは全国でもほぼないのではないでしょうか？

そんな中、筋トレは、私は高校ぐらいの時からはまり、高校の時、71キロ以下級で

160キロのベンチプレスをあげていました

なので、私もこれからの己の体力増進のために、トレーニング理論も色々変わってきているのでしっかり研究していきたいと考えます

その中で重要なのは栄養もそうです

フィットネスの流れとしては

現状の身体の把握、トレーニング理論、運動処方、機種の選定と、栄養

その他に必要であれば

自費になりそうな筋疲労であれば、自費でのメンテナンスを行うという

起承転結でしょうね

それを加速させていきたいと思います
