さて、和歌浦東の旧畠中整骨院から移転して13年目
まだ、そんな年数で
改装など含めた工事をするはずもないのですが、私も理解し難いのですが、改装することになりました

それに伴いスタッフ募集
正社員
1)柔道整復師国家資格者(来春予定者含む)
2)鍼灸師国家資格者(来春予定者含む)
3)受付兼院内アシスタント
国家資格者と受付兼案内アシスタントと二人正社員はとることはありません
どちらか１名
4)パートスタッフ
月、火、木、金
午後3時から7時
5)パートスタッフ(高校生可)
月、火、木、金
午後5時から7時
6)4.5)とも、土曜日入れたらより歓迎です
土曜日は、午前8時もしくは8時30分から12時
7)土曜日のみ
8時もしくは8時30分から12時
8)国家資格者でのパートスタッフ
時間、時給相談応じます
上記のように色々な選択肢を作りました
当然、当院のスタッフの勤務枠は確保しているので上記の方々全てとるとかではありません
選択肢を増やして枠の競争となります
ただ、リスク管理(この時期ならスタッフの風邪などによる欠勤など)に備えて当院に携わって頂く方を増やしておく
つまり、同時にシフトに入ることはありませんが、短時間でもよい、当院の業務に係るスタッフの数を多くしておくのは、よいと思います

I am Takeshi Hatakenaka, Director of Hatakenaka Orthopedic Clinic.
It’s really cold today, isn’t it?
Now, it’s been 13 years since we relocated from the old Hatanaka Orthopedic Clinic in Wakaura-higashi.
We certainly weren’t planning any renovations or construction work, and I find it hard to understand myself, but we’ve decided to renovate.
Please see our past blog posts for details.
The atmosphere inside the clinic will change a little bit.
Along with this, we are recruiting staff.
Full-time Employees
1) Licensed Judo Therapist (including those scheduled to be licensed next spring)
2) Licensed Acupuncturist and Moxibustion Practitioner (including those scheduled to be licensed next spring)
3) Receptionist and Clinic Assistant
We will not hire two full-time employees: one licensed professional and one receptionist/guide assistant.
We will hire one person for either position.
4) Part-time Staff
Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri
3:00 PM to 7:00 PM
5) Part-time Staff (High school students welcome)
Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri
5:00 PM to 7:00 PM
6) For positions 4 and 5, availability on Saturdays is highly preferred.
Saturdays: 8:00 AM or 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM
7) Saturdays Only
8:00 AM or 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM
8) Part-time staff with national certification
Hours and hourly wage negotiable
We’ve created various options as listed above.
Naturally, we have secured shifts for our current staff, so we won’t hire everyone listed above.
Increasing options creates competition for shifts.
However, to prepare for risk management (such as staff absences due to colds during this season), we believe it’s beneficial to have more staff involved in our clinic’s operations, even if only for short shifts.
