骨を戻す(徒手整復)

その結果、整形外科の先生から

整復が、非常に良好に保たれている。ずれてこなければ、

このまま手術せずにいけるとお返事数件頂けました

嬉しい限りです

骨を戻したらそのまま、もうずれてこないか？そういうものではなく、その後の観察も非常に重要です

私が当院にかえるまで、

大阪、行岡病院で年間

骨折、脱臼のみで、700から800件強

柔道整復師に整復、処置などを任せて頂いており、その経験が、その時、させて頂いたことが手で覚えております

捻挫、肉離れなどいれたら莫大な数になります

それを今以上にしっかりバージョンアップできるようにしたいと考えます

I am Takeshi Hatakenaka, Director of Hatakenaka Orthopedic Clinic

Recently, I’ve been performing manual reduction (manual realignment)

on patients with significant bone displacement.

As a result, several orthopedic surgeons have responded,

stating that the reduction was excellent and that if the displacement doesn’t recur,

surgery may not be necessary.

This is truly gratifying.

Does the bone stay in place after reduction? It’s not that simple; subsequent observation is also critically important.

Before returning to this clinic,

at Yukioka Hospital in Osaka,

I handled 700 to 800 cases annually

of fractures and dislocations alone,

entrusted to me for reduction and treatment as a judo therapist. That experience, what I did back then, is etched into my hands.

I aim to upgrade that skill even further than it is now.
