13年前は

名誉院長の和歌山南ロータリークラブでゴルフ仲間であった前窪様(アイ設計事務所)

これも同じように和歌山南ロータリークラブの小野住建様が施工会社でした

この度、

私の高校の同級生である

辻岡設計事務所様と浅川組様にお願いする運びとなりました

途中から、このビルの構造を詳細は理解するのは大変だと思いますがよろしくお願い申し上げます。

そこは、ビルなどこの規模の工事に長けておられる両方なので信頼しております

次に、社会保障費が、抑制してそれが加速するであろう世の中

ここも医療専門の会計事務所様と契約する方がよいと考えました

20年近くお世話になった速水会計事務所様から

今、数社検討中で、今月に決めたいと思います

改修をすすめることにより、テナント募集などに関しても加速させていくことになります

つまり医療ビルになる可能性もゼロではなく、そうなれば、医療に特化した専門性のある会計事務所が、当ビルに出入りされる方全てに寄与するものと思います

次に、当院は患者様対応、従業員対応や整骨院業務で弁護士の先生お世話になることはありません。が、以前は、ベリーベスト法律事務所大阪事務所が、顧問弁護士でした。

ここも素晴らしい弁護士事務所でした

が、今回は、和歌山弁護士会会長も務められたことある地元で、温厚な同年代に近い先生にお願いする運びになるかと思います

それは、高齢の方など交通事故とかの相談したい患者様で、ネットとかメールが苦手で、対面でのご相談希望された場合、やはり和歌山の先生の方がよいからです

過去、当院に出入りの業者様の件で、顧問弁護士の先生に相談することはありました。今回、当院だけではなく、賃貸住宅センター様を通すとはいえ、テナント募集により、事業者様が入れば、その数だけ、それに比例して万が一相談したいことの可能性も増えると思われます

これは新年になればつめのご相談する運びになります

上記は、患者様に伝える必要もない話でしょう。

が、実は間接的に患者様に寄与するところです。快適に患者様がご通院、2階で運動できる、3階で柔道できる環境には、ハード面がしっかりすることは不可避であること

次にこれだけ、専門の会計事務所にご相談して医療情勢をお聞きして経営判断していく時代になってきたこと、それは患者様に寄与すること

顧問弁護士の件に関しては、交通事故とかで弁護士特約とかあり、患者様から弁護士の先生を聞かれるケースもあります。その点でも、交通事故の案件にも詳しいという意味で患者様がお世話になった時は安心ですね。

ただ、当院は交通事故に関して、患者様に弁護士先生の関与を積極的に関与することはありません。困られて聞かれたら伝えるのみです。

それは、当院のホームページに交通事故のページに弁護士紹介するとかいう文言ありません

ただ、患者様目線からみたら確かにその文言あれば安心感あります

しかし、私の高校の同級生が、大手保険会社の要職についているのですが、保険会社様の立場からみて、そのような記載のある整骨院のホームページは、警戒すると言及されていました

それをふまえると当院の方針の方が患者様のためによいということになるかと思います

As indicated above,

a meeting with the architect and construction company is scheduled for next week. Once the details are finalized and the schedule is confirmed, I will inform you again.

Thirteen years ago,

Mr. Maekubo (Ai Design Office), who was a golfing buddy of the Honorary Director at the Wakayama Minami Rotary Club,

was also involved. Similarly, the construction company was Ono Jyuken, also from the Wakayama Minami Rotary Club.

This time,

it has been decided that we will be working with

Tsujioka Design Office and Asakawa-gumi,

both of whom are my high school classmates.

I believe they are well-versed in construction projects of this scale, such as buildings.

Next, in a world where social security costs are being restrained and this trend is likely to accelerate,

I also thought it best to contract with an accounting firm specializing in healthcare.

After nearly 20 years of service from Hayami Accounting Office,

we are currently considering several firms and aim to decide this month.

Proceeding with the renovation will also accelerate tenant recruitment efforts.

Consequently, our clinic will not require legal counsel for patient interactions, employee matters, or chiropractic practice operations.

However, in the past, we did consult a lawyer regarding issues with contractors. This time, while tenants will be recruited through the Rental Housing Center, not just our clinic, the number of businesses moving in is expected to increase. Consequently, the number of matters requiring consultation is also likely to rise proportionally.

Therefore, we are considering engaging a lawyer who is trustworthy, efficient, and has a reputation for avoiding unreasonable disputes. This lawyer is close in age to us and previously served as the president of the Wakayama Bar Association.

We will finalize this consultation in the new year.

The above underscores that a solid physical foundation is essential for patients to comfortably visit the clinic, exercise on the second floor, and practice judo on the third floor.

Furthermore, we have entered an era where consulting specialized accounting firms to understand the medical landscape and make management decisions is crucial—this directly benefits our patients.

Regarding the retained attorney matter: Some patients ask about lawyers due to traffic accidents or attorney coverage clauses. If consulted, I cannot disclose details about retained clients at law firms, but based on this, it implies expertise in traffic accident cases.

Our clinic does not provoke pointless disputes. If asked, I believe it is courteous to provide this information.

We do not delve further into this matter.

What does “not delving further” mean? It means our clinic’s website does not include any wording on the traffic accident page introducing lawyers.

From the patient’s perspective, such wording would certainly provide reassurance.

However, a high school classmate of mine holds a key position at a major insurance company. From the insurance company’s standpoint, he mentioned that they view osteopathic clinics with such wording on their websites with caution.

Considering this, while I believe sharing a lawyer’s name with patients who ask and feel troubled aligns with the fundamental purpose of traffic accident victim relief,

further involvement or actively recommending such services from the outset deviates from that essence. This is our clinic’s, and more specifically, my personal stance.

昨日、予定通りKIRIN社自販機納品されました

ラインナップも多く、安価設定となっております

次に、医療機関の自販機として

健康によい飲料も入っております

この売り上げの一部は、がん研究会に寄付されます

繰り返しますが、当院は地域貢献としての特に夏場など、自販機は、かなり活躍するので喜んで頂いたらというのが主旨です

そのため、売り上げには全くこだわっておりませんが寄付という観点より共感頂けたら幸いです

また購入しやすいようにPayPay、カード決済などあらゆるもので購入できるということ

もちろん、現金もOKです

最後、地球に優しい、エコ

リサイクル用のペットボトルなどのゴミ箱がおります

ここには、それ以外のゴミはいれないようにお願いできたらと思います

リサイクル用のゴミ箱は、前の自販機はゴミ箱よく倒れたり、ゴミがたまり、管理はメーカーさん管理ですが、溜まりすぎて、環境によくないので当院で清掃をしたこと何回もあります。

それを含めて、今回は、倒れないようにその位置に設置されております

Yesterday, the KIRIN vending machine was delivered as scheduled.

It features a wide selection of beverages at affordable prices.

Furthermore, as a vending machine for a medical facility,

it also includes health-conscious drinks.

A portion of the sales proceeds will be donated to the Cancer Research Institute.

To reiterate, our clinic’s primary purpose in providing this vending machine is community contribution. We hope it will be appreciated, especially during the summer when it serves a significant role.

Therefore, we are not focused on sales revenue at all. We would be grateful if you could share our perspective on the donation aspect.

Additionally, to make purchasing convenient, you can use PayPay, card payments, and various other methods.

Of course, cash is also accepted.

Lastly, eco-friendly for the planet:

Recycling bins for PET bottles and similar items are provided.

We kindly ask that you refrain from placing other types of trash in these bins.

Regarding the recycling bins: The previous vending machine’s bins often tipped over or became overfilled. While managed by the manufacturer, we’ve cleaned them multiple times ourselves due to excessive buildup being harmful to the environment.

Taking this into account, the current bins are positioned to prevent tipping.

契約期間がきれたので今回

キリン社に変えました

サントリーさんに、契約更新しなかった決定的な理由はありますが、それは、ここで言及することではありません。キリン社は、当院が声をかけさせて頂いたのですが、グランフロント大阪から何回も足を運ばれて真摯に営業されたこと。またキリン社の健康商品が医療機関として魅力的であったこと

上記が決めてです

私は、生まれは和歌山ですが、私は大阪で育てて頂いたと思っています

関西大学法学部と整骨、鍼灸の学校のダブルスクールに関西大学体育会柔道部に入部(スポーツ推薦ではない)

関西大学在学中に柔道整復師の国家資格を取得したこと

関西大学卒業後一年後に鍼灸師の国家資格を取得した後

その時は若いので気にしてませんでしたが、今から振り返るとなかなかハードだったこと。

関西大学を4年で卒業したこと笑

柔道整復師、鍼灸師は、私の仕事になりえることなので、当然留年とかなく、国家試験も当然一発合格したこと笑(正答率95％)

大学のとき、全国大会に2回出場できたこと

とやま国体の5位入賞

大阪国際柔道大会優勝など

あげたらきりがないくらい

私の中で今の生活の糧である資格を取らせていただいた学びの場

大学では、柔道の本質とあるべき姿を教わって上座、下座とか礼儀の本質的なことも教わりました

結果、大学での全国出場、大阪国際柔道大会優勝、とやま国体5位入賞など

柔道に関しては、少年少女の部は、その年代の中で優勝して、近畿予選勝ったらいけます

が、成年の部は、各年代の優勝してきた選手ばかりが、集まります

プロ野球、プロサッカーなどに近く、競争も激しいと思います

母校桐蔭高等学校で、少年少女の場で国体に出た諸先輩方はおられると思います

が、成年の部で、和歌山県予選で優勝したOB、OGは、未だ私だけかと思われます

そういう意味では故郷に錦を飾り今和歌山に帰ってきたということにしましょう笑

国体入賞時、行岡病院に勤務していて天六にすんでいたので、グランドフロント大阪はすぐそばとも言えます

話は元に戻すとそういう第二の故郷から真摯に営業に来られて、この度、ご縁となり、

本日15時設置となります

地域の方々の飲みたいあっ購入できるという一助になれば幸いです

またこの自販機は、がん研究会に売り上げの一部を寄付するようにキリン社にお願いしてそのような自販機となっております

The Suntory vending machine previously installed here

had its contract period expire, so this time

we switched to Kirin.

There is a decisive reason why we did not renew the contract with Suntory, but that is not something to mention here. We approached Kirin Company, and they made multiple trips from Grand Front Osaka to sincerely pitch their services. Additionally, Kirin’s health products were appealing to us as a medical institution.

While I was born in Wakayama, I feel Osaka raised me.

I attended Kansai University’s Faculty of Law and schools for osteopathy and acupuncture. I joined the Kansai University Athletic Association Judo Club (not on a sports recommendation).

During university, I competed in the national championships twice.

I placed 5th at the Toyama National Sports Festival.

I won the Osaka International Judo Tournament.

The list goes on and on.

It was a place of learning where I earned the qualifications that now sustain my livelihood.

At university, I learned the essence and proper form of judo, including fundamental aspects of etiquette like seating order and respect.

As a result, I achieved national tournament appearances, won the Osaka International Judo Tournament, placed 5th at the Toyama National Sports Festival, etc.

Regarding Judo, in the youth divisions (boys/girls), winning your age group and winning the Kinki regional qualifier gets you in.

However, the adult division gathers only athletes who have won their respective age groups.

It’s similar to professional baseball or soccer, with fierce competition.

I believe there are seniors from my alma mater, Toin High School, who competed in the National Sports Festival in the youth divisions.

But as far as I know, I’m still the only alumnus to have won the Wakayama prefectural qualifiers in the adult division.

In that sense, I’ve returned to my hometown, Wakayama, to show off my achievements.

When I placed in the National Sports Festival, I was working at Yukioka Hospital and living in Tenroku, so Grand Front Osaka was practically next door.

Returning to the main point, a sincere sales effort from this second hometown led to this connection,

and the installation will take place today at 3 PM.

I sincerely hope this vending machine will help local residents find drinks they want to purchase.

Furthermore, I requested Kirin to configure this machine to donate a portion of its sales to the Cancer Research Association.

12月第1週は特にそうでした

Instagramは、楽しい映像ばかりのせているので

院長は遊んでばかりしているのか？と思われる方もおられると思います

仕事、仕事以外とオン、オフ

実動時間もそんなにスタッフ共々ありません

Instagramは、有益な情報を流せばよいのですが

医療は、広告の制限というのが、あるので

Instagram、Instagramリール動画、テックトック、YouTubeにより仕事のことを進出したいのですが、企業秘密と広告の制限でどうアピールすべきかずっと考えております

また、患者様の評価、処置、施術などする上で気になることは、当日、研究しており

研究するにあたって回顧録的にアップする時は難易度が高かったケガだと思ってください

人に努力している姿をみせないのが、プロだと思っております

柔道も、今だから語りますが、高校の時、学校の練習、健心館の練習の後、自主練で打ち込み

打ち込み1000回、投げ込み300回、筋トレ、ランニング1時間などこなしてきました

上記の練習は、全国の柔道強豪校でもしていないかと思います

3倍努力という木村政彦先生の言葉を実践したまでです

ただ、Instagramで遊びばかりの写真、動画流している、上記の主旨であり、たまに真面目な話もしないといけないかなあという主旨です

Not just in December

Our clinic sees many new patients, fractures, dislocations, etc.

The first week of December was especially busy

Since Instagram only shows fun videos

Some might think the director is always playing around

Work, non-work, on, off—

our actual working hours, including staff, aren’t that long.

While Instagram should share useful information,

medical advertising has restrictions.

I want to expand our work presence through Instagram, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube, but I’m constantly thinking about how to promote effectively given trade secrets and advertising limitations.

Also, when it comes to patient evaluations, procedures, and treatments, I research any concerns on the same day.

When I post something retrospectively as part of that research, please understand it was a particularly difficult injury.

I believe a professional doesn’t show others their struggles.

Regarding judo, I’ll share this now: back in high school, after school practice and practice at Kenshinkan, I did voluntary training:

I completed 1000 uchi-komi, 300 nage-komi, strength training, and an hour of running.

I doubt even the strongest judo schools nationwide do the above training regimen.

I was simply putting into practice Master Masahiko Kimura’s words: “Three times the effort.”

However, the point is that while I post photos and videos of fun times on Instagram, I occasionally need to share serious content too.

Today, we held the 13th anniversary memorial service for my mother.

Rev. Tsukioka of Muryokoji Temple officiated.

I am also grateful to our relatives for gathering despite their busy schedules.

Afterwards, we enjoyed a leisurely meal and pleasant conversation, spending a delightful time together.

I believe my mother was listening nearby and enjoying it too.

The existence of the current Hatanaka Chiropractic Clinic and the Kenshinkan Hatanaka Dojo would not be possible without my mother’s tireless support behind the scenes.

She is someone I deeply respect. Whenever I face difficult choices or feel troubled, I think about what advice she would give or what decision she would make.

I would be grateful if you could remember her presence whenever something comes up.

じゃあ、健心館は？

それは、私が守ります

二階も当院が24時間スタイルを模索

17時以降のスタイルなどの別フィットネスクラブをオープンの時から模索しておりました

しかしながら、人件費高騰、光熱費などを考えると人口減少がこれから顕著に加速していくであろう和歌山では拡大路線はリスクしかありません

そのため、色々なやり方で2階、3階の永続的なやり方が可能となります

それは、完成するまで極秘案件なので伝えられません

3階に関して、色々試しで使ってみたらと

人を連れて来られるケースも今の会計士からありましたが、借りるか？借りないのか？わからない状況で試しレンタルすることは難しいと考え、断りました

それは、この大きな舞台(畠中整骨院ビル)を固定資産税は年間300万近く、光熱費で一階のみで月60万ちかくいります

何をすれば、よいのか？火を見るより明らかです

しかし、柔道家としての

また多くの子どもたちが汗を流した健心館の場所

また我が子も遊ぶ場所

私も七段を目指していこうと自主練する場所

1番でかいのは

我が子が本気で柔道をすると言い出したら

教える場所を確保すること

固定費と理想と理念の相反は、なかなか難しい選択肢ですが、それは、柔道に育てられた畠中健として、

3階でなくとも、できる場所もありますので

そこは、今までの健心館OB、OGの皆様は安心してください

究極この場所。借りたいという方でこの方ならという方が現れると、これは縁ですから

旧整骨院の場所に健心館畠中道場を建てることも可能です

そこなら、十分

OB、OGの帰る場所、我が子が本気に柔道やると行った時、私の自主練は可能でしょう

柔道家としての魂は、普遍です

が、現実的な維持費もかかるという民間の柔道教室なら未だ日本一と思われる場所。

実際、周知の通り、私は指導の一線からひいたことにより、実質活動をしていない健心館の3階の舞台の維持費は、大変であることだけご理解頂けたら幸いです

Regarding the earlier blog post

So, what about Kenshinkan?

I will protect that

We’ve been exploring a 24-hour style for the second floor as well.

Since opening, we’ve been considering a separate fitness club style for after 5 PM and such.

However, considering soaring labor costs, utility bills, and the fact that population decline will likely accelerate significantly in Wakayama, an expansion strategy carries only risk.

Therefore, various approaches will make sustainable operation of the second and third floors possible.

As this is a top-secret project until completion, I cannot disclose details.

Regarding the third floor, we considered various trial uses.

Our current accountant suggested cases where people could be brought in, but renting it was difficult to justify in an uncertain situation—whether to rent or not was unclear—so we declined.

This large venue (the Hatanaka Orthopedic Clinic building) incurs nearly 3 million yen annually in property taxes and nearly 600,000 yen monthly in utilities for the first floor alone.

What should be done? It’s as clear as day.

But as a judoka,

and as the place where so many children sweated at Kenshinkan,

and as a place where my own child plays,

and as a place where I train independently aiming for 7th dan,

the biggest factor is

securing a place to teach if my child seriously decides to pursue judo.

Balancing fixed costs with ideals and principles is a tough choice, but as Ken Hatanaka, raised by judo,

there are places where it can be done, even if not on the third floor.

So, all you former Kenshinkan members, please rest assured.

Ultimately, this place. If someone who wants to rent it and seems like the right person appears, that’s fate.

It’s also possible to build the Kenshinkan Hatanaka Dojo at the old chiropractic clinic location.

That would be perfectly sufficient.

A place for alumni to return to, a place where my own child could train seriously when they decide to pursue judo, and where I could hold my own practice sessions.

The spirit of a judoka is universal.

However, I would be grateful if you could understand that the maintenance costs for what is arguably Japan’s premier private judo dojo are substantial, given the practical expenses involved.

健心館の加減もあるので、

当院の改装とともに他の場所に移設したら

健心館の練習はできるので

その辺、畠中整骨院ビルをしっかり有効活用できるようにしたいと思います
