今年6月より毎週水曜日は休みにしました

たまたまそれにより、日曜は、ゴルフにいきたいという笑、名誉院長を2回も大阪関西万博にご一緒することができました

名誉院長は、前の大阪万博を家族で行った世代なので非常に喜んでおられました

当然ながら、そのために休みにしたのではなく、水曜日を保険外のみの施術日にするための準備期間かつ、二階、三階の融合の構想でした

しかしながら、新しく導入した治療機器の他

ご縁があり、二階の膝が曲がらない方でも運動できる酒井医療機の自転車と同じような機能をもつ自転車とご縁ができました

それを一階整骨院に設置する

他にも色々な物理療法機器が入ることから

一階で、評価、処置、施術、運動、再発防止を完結する空間がさらに増したことを考えて水曜日は、わかりやすく通常通りの予約不要の保険などの通常施術も行う日に戻した次第です

明日は、以前と同じように、水曜日午前中施術の完全再開とさせて頂きます

Starting this June, we have closed every Wednesday.

Coincidentally, this allowed me to accompany our Honorary Director—who joked about wanting Sundays free for golf—to the Osaka Kansai Expo twice.

The Honorary Director, being from the generation that visited the previous Osaka Expo with his family, was absolutely delighted.

Naturally, this wasn’t the reason for the closure. It was a preparation period to designate Wednesdays exclusively for non-insurance treatments, and also involved integrating the second and third floors.

However, in addition to the newly introduced treatment equipment,

we also acquired a bicycle with similar functionality to the Sakai Medical Equipment bicycle, which allows even those with stiff knees to exercise.

We will install this on the first floor in the chiropractic clinic.

Considering that various other physical therapy devices will also be added,

and that this further increases the space on the first floor where evaluation, treatment, therapy, exercise, and relapse prevention can be completed, we have decided to revert Wednesday to a clear, regular day where we also perform standard treatments covered by insurance, etc., without appointments.

Therefore, tomorrow we will be open for treatment as usual in the morning.

昨日は、私ごときの誕生日にお祝いのメッセージ多く頂きありがとうございます

さて、最近に限らず上記疾患の方のご来院が多いです

当院では上記疾患の方にはある治療機器を使い、それで改善してきました

さらに、最近入った治療機器を使うと昨日、かなり可動域に変化がみられました

昨日来られた方は他院2院(整骨院、整形外科とか限定あえてさせません)で、ケガで他院に通院される改善せず、当院にご来院

私は、腱板損傷と、問診段階で疑っていました

エコー観察で、それを疑う

疑えば損傷程度とどの筋か、特定させる必要があります

筋肉の特定はまだまだ勉強して複合損傷とかでないか？さらに精度をましていきたいと考えます

Thank you for the many birthday messages I received yesterday, despite it being just my humble birthday.

I will continue to strive diligently, and I sincerely appreciate your continued patronage.

Now, not just recently, but we’ve seen many patients with the above conditions visiting our clinic.

At our clinic, we use a specific treatment device for patients with these conditions, and it has led to improvements.

Furthermore, using a recently acquired treatment device, we observed significant changes in range of motion yesterday.

The patient who came yesterday had visited two other clinics (I won’t specify if they were osteopathic clinics or orthopedic clinics) for an injury, but saw no improvement before coming to us.

During the initial consultation, I suspected a rotator cuff injury.

Ultrasound observation reinforced this suspicion.

Once suspected, it’s necessary to determine the extent of the damage and identify the specific muscle involved.

Identifying the exact muscle requires further study to rule out complex injuries. I aim to improve the accuracy of this process.

11月も2週目

水曜日に関して、この前の祝日の週の水曜日と最近の午前中の患者様の多さを考えると

午前スタッフも毎週勤務にするようにしましたのでお気軽に水曜日ご来院ください

また、おそらく12月ぐらいから稼働となると思いますが

一階で、二階レベルの膝痛い方でも運動できる脳卒中などの後遺症の方でも使用できる医療機器の自転車

ウォーターベッドも新しいものが入る予定です

それに伴い、一階既存のウォーターベッドを二階フィットネスplusへ

ホットパック入れや、水治療法が新しくなるなど色々患者様の手助けとなるものが増えます

特に、自転車は、介護にならない身体作り、患者様に施術と運動というものを一階でご提案できるのはいいかと思います

私ごとですが、誕生日を迎えました

お祝いとかではなく

私を命懸けで産んでいただいた母に

また家族の大黒柱として育てて頂き、

私の柔道家としてのさらには現在

柔道整復師、鍼灸師としての道筋、師匠としてご指導頂く父

この両親にまずは御礼申し上げます

また、これまで私に関わってくれた

姉、先生、先輩、同級生、後輩など色々な方々ありがとうございます

また元気に私の子どもとして生まれてくれた二人の子どもにはありがとうと言いたいです

もちろん、その子を命懸けで産んでくれた妻にもこの場を借りて御礼を申し上げます

同級生など含めて定年に向けて動いている中

自由気ままに生きていけるのは、支えられるものはないですが、自分がやりたいことをストレートにできる人生

大阪関西万博を通じて世界観はこの年齢になり変わりました

世界を舞台に色々交流する仕事などもしていきたいと思います

On a personal note, I recently celebrated my birthday.

This isn’t about celebrations,

but rather to express my gratitude to my mother,

who risked her life to give birth to me,

and to my father,

who raised me as the pillar of our family,

and guided me on my path as a judoka and now

my path as a judo therapist and acupuncturist, and my mentor who guides me as a father.

First and foremost, I express my deepest gratitude to these parents.

Also, to everyone who has been involved with me so far—

my sister, teachers, seniors, classmates, juniors, and many others—thank you.

I also want to say thank you to my two children, who were born healthy as my own.

Of course, I take this opportunity to thank my wife, who risked her life to give birth to them.

While classmates and others move toward retirement,

I live freely and unfettered. I have no one to support me, but I live a life where I can pursue what I want directly.

My worldview has changed at this age through the Osaka Kansai Expo.

I also wish to engage in work involving various exchanges on the world stage.

As my respected Konosuke Matsushita said,

“The real work begins now.”

I will diligently learn the teachings of our predecessors.

Ultimately, the greatest leader and manager is one who leaves behind capable people.

Beyond my roles as a judo therapist and acupuncturist,

I will strive to take on a position of overall responsibility for

Now, while studying archives is time-consuming,

since the weather is bad today, I’ll find time to

study the Advanced Orthopedic Ultrasound Research Society conference materials.

It’s both in-person and online. Unfortunately, I can’t attend the in-person sessions since they include practical training,

but I will study the materials.

さて、姪っ子ですが、皇后杯ソフトテニス出場おめでとう

また、全国屈指の日本一を目指す名門校で中学、高校6年間本当によく頑張ったと思います

コロナ禍とかもありましたので応援に行けない時多かった

小学校の時は

姪っ子のソフトテニスの試合を我が子を連れてソフトテニスをみにいきました

また、小学校の運動会もみにいきました

その姉は、ゴールデンキッズで

これまた、ジュニア駅伝もみにいきました

スポーツ一家

大きなケガなく大舞台に立てて、

ご両親も喜ばれていると思います

本来なら、名誉院長も観戦にいく、行ってあげなあと私は言いました

姉は言いませんでした

それは、柔道と異なり、屋外で勝手の違う競技を高齢の父に東京まで求めなかったのが親子だと思います

今後の活躍を願っています

Now, regarding my niece—congratulations on qualifying for the Empress’s Cup Soft Tennis Tournament!

I truly believe she worked incredibly hard during her six years at that prestigious school, one of Japan’s top institutions aiming for the national championship.

Due to the pandemic and other circumstances, I couldn’t attend many of her matches to cheer her on.

When she was in elementary school,

I took my own child to watch her soft tennis matches.

I also went to watch her elementary school sports day.

Her older sister was part of the Golden Kids program,

and I went to watch her junior ekiden relay races too.

A sports-loving family.

She made it to the big stage without any major injuries,

and I’m sure her parents are delighted.

Normally, the honorary director would go watch too. I told her she should go.

But my sister didn’t say anything.

I think that shows the parent-child bond—unlike judo, these are outdoor sports with different conditions, and she didn’t ask her elderly father to go all the way to Tokyo.

I wish them continued success in the future.

本日天気悪いですね

先日Instagramのストーリーで、対談YouTubeをアップした大人気パビリオン、ヌルヌルを監修された落合陽一さん

万博中でも、ヌルヌルは、完全予約制かつ人気パビリオンで入られない方が、多いと思われます

そのため、なんとか体験できるようにXでシステム変更部分を落合さんが発信されてきました

私の言語力と文章力では、到底伝えられなかった、なぜそんなに私が、万博にいったのか？

全てのパビリオンにいったのか？

その原動力は、まさに落合さんがYouTubeで、キャスターの方に伝えられたことに集約されております。つまり、我が子らに万博通じて、何かが伝わればと思い我が子らのために万博に足を運んだということです

なぜなら私より子らの人生のほうが遥かに長く、可能性に秘めた原石であるからです

さて、そのパビリオンにおいて、多くの国の方と仲良くなり、その時、私が小さい頃から柔道してきたことが大きくいきました

今、クリスマス飾り付けを当院は行っておりますが、院外に掲示しているのは台湾の方から送られてきたもの

今週には、アメリカの本場のディズニーのミッキー、ミニーが届きます

アメリカでは、健心館にもよく教えにきてくださった、元コマツの国際的な日本代表だった石川慈さんが、柔道を、教えられています

この前、教え子の応援に見に行った講道館杯を何回も優勝したのが、石川さん

あのハイレベルな試合を何回も優勝

石川さんのライバルにはマスコミにもよく出られた五輪金メダリストの松本さんが、おられました

さて、その講道館杯の観戦の帰りに和歌山駅でみかけたポスターに

チェコ館で仲良くなり家族で写真撮ってもらったスタッフの方が写っていました

あーと思い写真撮りました

さて、当院には多くの物理療法機器があります

新しい機種も導入しました

コロナ禍の前に導入した体外衝撃波治療機器は、導入当初は和歌山県で整形外科いれても当院が、初でした

しかしながら学生時代からこの機種は知っていて、海外しか使っていませんでした

これから、海外の情報をキャッチして物理療法にいかしていきたいと思います

また、昨日のストーリーにある

日本柔整外傷協会の定例会では、物理療法の勉強会も多くされているのでアーカイブみて

最新知見を多く吸収して、患者様に還元したいと思います

The weather’s bad today, isn’t it?

The other day on Instagram Stories, I posted a YouTube interview with Yoichi Ochiai, who oversaw the hugely popular pavilion “Nurunuru.”

Even during the Expo, Nurunuru is a completely reservation-only pavilion and so popular that many people likely couldn’t get in.

Because of that, Mr. Ochiai shared a system on X to help people somehow experience it.

My language skills and writing ability couldn’t possibly convey why I went to the Expo so much.

Did I visit every single pavilion?

The driving force behind it all boils down to what Mr. Ochiai conveyed. Furthermore, I went to the Expo for my children, hoping something would resonate with them.

At that pavilion, I became friends with many people from different countries, and my judo background played a huge role in that.

Our clinic is currently decorating for Christmas, and the items displayed outside were sent by someone from Taiwan.

This week, Mickey and Minnie from the real Disney in America will arrive.

In America, Mr. Ishikawa, a former Komatsu employee and international representative for Japan who often came to teach at Kenshinkan, is teaching judo.

Mr. Ishikawa, whom I went to see compete recently at the Kodokan Cup, has won that tournament multiple times.

He won that high-level tournament multiple times.

Among his rivals was Matsumoto-san, an Olympic gold medalist who often appears in the media.

On the way back from watching the Kodokan Cup, I saw a poster at Wakayama Station.

It featured a staff member I’d become friends with at the Czech Pavilion, who had taken a family photo there.

I thought, “Ah!” and took a picture.

Now, our clinic has many physical therapy devices.

We’ve also introduced new models.

The extracorporeal shock wave therapy device we introduced before the pandemic was the first of its kind in Wakayama Prefecture, even among orthopedic clinics.

However, I’ve known about this model since my student days, though it was only used overseas.

I want to gather information from abroad and apply it to our physical therapy.

Also, as mentioned in yesterday’s story,

The Japan Association of Orthopedic Manipulative Therapists holds many physical therapy study sessions at their regular meetings. I plan to watch the archives

to absorb the latest knowledge and pass it on to our patients.

We currently have an afternoon staff member. We plan to schedule that staff member during different shifts. This is because, with our clinic’s digitalization, someone capable of computer work is essential.

One more point: due to our long-term employment strategy, we are targeting individuals under 45 years old (subject to the Labor Standards Act).

The current afternoon staff member will be assigned to a different shift, so they will not be working alongside the new hire.
