昨日、75歳以上の方が3名骨折でご来院されました

お二人は徒手整復(手でずれた骨を戻す)

戻した後のエコー観察は綺麗でした

レントゲンで確定診断

当院は、手と足で骨折の固定期間

特に高齢の方の場合、留意して行います

さらに杖の処方に関しても同様です

杖をつくことによる転倒予防のリスクをなくす、日常生活動作に辛くならないように行う

特に一人暮らしの方にはそれは絶対不可欠です

上記含めて対応させて頂いた次第です

当院はご来院される方は、老若男女、年代層に特に偏りもありません。

その中でも、日本を先進国に押し上げられて、支えてこられた年配の方々には、より寄り添い感謝の気持ちをもって接し続けたいと思います

Yesterday, three patients aged 75 and over visited our clinic with fractures.

Two of them underwent manual reduction (manually realigning displaced bones).

The ultrasound observation after reduction showed clean results.

X-rays will be used for definitive diagnosis.

At our clinic, we carefully consider the fixation period for fractures in hands and feet

We pay particular attention to this for elderly patients.

The same applies to prescribing canes.

We ensure walking with a cane does not increase fall risk and does not make daily activities difficult.

This is absolutely essential, especially for those living alone

We have addressed these points as mentioned above.

Our clinic welcomes patients of all ages and genders, with no particular bias toward any demographic.

Among them, we wish to continue supporting the elderly who have propelled Japan to become an advanced nation with even greater care and gratitude.

今朝、9月段階の講道館杯に出場する選手を知りました

そうそうたるメンバーです

健心館OBが、関西学生準優勝にて即出場決定

天理大学に進学しました。健心館OBの天理大学の同階級の同級生が、先日行われた世界ジュニアで優勝しました

私も関西大学柔道部の時、天理大学と戦い、私は関大一回生の時、一つ上の元インターハイ優勝(同階級)の天理大学の学生さんと対戦し、僅差で敗退。

2回生の時、一つ学年下の新一年の階級上のこれまた前年度インターハイチャンピオンとあたり一本負けしました。

なので天理大学の凄さは関西地区なら予選から戦うので理解しています

改めて、将来の日本代表、世界チャンピオン、五輪チャンピオンになる選手が多いのですごいなあと思いますね

また同じ階級にパリ五輪金メダルの永瀬選手もおられ、なかなかすごい試合になりそうですね

This morning, I learned the names of the athletes competing in the September stage of the Kodokan Cup.

It’s quite an impressive lineup.

A Kenshinkan alumnus secured immediate qualification by finishing as runner-up in the Kansai Student Championships.

He went on to Tenri University, where one of his classmates won the recent World Junior Championships.

Tenri University has so many athletes destined to become future Japanese national team members, world champions, and Olympic champions. It really makes me think, “Wow, that’s amazing!”

Also competing in the same weight class is Paris Olympics gold medalist Nagase, so it looks like it’ll be quite an incredible match.

I’ll be there cheering on the day.

本日、お休みの日で、名誉院長を大阪関西万博にご案内しました

やはり、疲れを残さないようにしかししっかり名誉院長が喜びそうなところにいく

なかなかここに行きたいとか言われないので無茶苦茶難しいですが、親子なのでわかります

早めに大阪関西万博を後にして、晩は和歌山に帰ってきて食事しました

日曜祝日は名誉院長は、ゴルフに行かれるので大阪関西万博にお連れしにくい

今日は閉幕近い大阪関西万博にご案内して、写真家さんの記念撮影など含めて、記念に残ることができてよかったです

Today is my day off, and I took the Honorary Director to the Osaka Kansai Expo.

Of course, I wanted to avoid leaving him tired, but I also wanted to take him to places I knew he’d enjoy.

It’s incredibly difficult because he rarely says where he wants to go, but since we’re father and son, I understand.

We left the Osaka Kansai Expo early and returned to Wakayama for dinner.

Sundays and holidays are difficult to take the Honorary Director to the Osaka Kansai Expo because he goes golfing.

Today, I was glad I could take him to the Osaka Kansai Expo near its closing, including commemorative photos by a photographer, creating lasting memories.

I’ll do my best again starting tomorrow.

さて、坂口先生ノーベルノーベル生理学・医学賞を受賞誠におめでとう御座います

大阪大学、私の母校関西大学にも近く非常に第二の故郷からノーベル賞受賞の方出られて嬉しい限りです

今朝、挑戦する方々にメッセージを

長期的観点

失敗は多いけど楽天的に

長い目で見ればその失敗は、なんでもない

重いお言葉でした

柔道でも、投げられて強くなるという言葉があります

私の考えでは、投げれたらここまできたら投げられるという体感を身体で覚えていくのではないか？と思います

もっとも、真剣勝負で手に抜かず最終的に投げられてしまうことが、前提なのは言うまでもありません

まるで次元が違いますが

私の仕事も施術、処置などではなく経営者として

経営的な失敗(企画の失敗)は山ほどあります

その中で、成功しているものも当然あります

が、失敗の方が圧倒的に多い

失敗というか、ダメだと思うとすぐ撤退が

大事かと私は思います

一方、坂口先生のお言葉通り

自分の信念のものは、やり通すことこれに尽きるのではないか？と思います

坂口先生が、滋賀のご出身なので現在開催中の滋賀国体に花を添えられたと思います

毎日、新たな戦略を考えている私からしたら

勇気づけられる坂口先生のお言葉でした

Osaka University is close to my alma mater, Kansai University, and it is truly a joy to see a Nobel laureate emerge from this place that feels like a second hometown.

This morning, I have a message for those who challenge themselves.

Long-term perspective

Failures may be frequent, but don’t be discouraged.

In the long run, those failures will mean nothing.

Those were profound words.

In judo, there’s a saying: “You become stronger by being thrown.”

In my view, getting thrown means you’ve reached a point where your body learns through experience that you can be thrown

Of course, it goes without saying that this assumes a serious match where you don’t hold back and ultimately get thrown.

It’s like a whole different dimension,

As a business owner, not just a practitioner or technician,

As a business owner, I’ve had countless failures in management (failed projects).

Of course, some of those have been successful.

But failures are overwhelmingly more common.

I think it’s important to withdraw immediately when you realize something is a failure or won’t work.

is what I believe is crucial.

For someone like me who thinks up new strategies every day,

Professor Sakaguchi’s words were truly encouraging.

当院はケガが多いのは確かですが、ケガだけが、整骨院の出番でもないのは一言お伝えしておきます

文言にしたら誤解招き、起承転結で書けば、長くなるので、いつ、どこで、何(仕事のぞいて)その上で、保険、保険外どちらの部類に入るのか？療養費支給基準通りです

なので、ケガだけしか整骨院に、通院したら行けないのか？そんなことはありません

詳細は上記の通りです

さて、当院は、寝台全て骨折の方が、おられる時もあります

しかし、骨折の患者様が来られる時は当然波があり、どうすれば、真っ当なやり方でかつ

療養費支給基準に則り経営をしていくのか？

それは、経営者、さらには、管理柔道整復師が、スタッフの方々と方針決められることであると思います

故に、社会保障費に関して、ケガと、ケガ以外のバックボーンの疾患に関しては、しっかり棲み分けを行い、各々の整骨院のどこの先生方も、必死でされていると思います(保険、保険外)

でないと、従業員の給与など、含めたもの、出ないでしょう

理想と現実と国費

これからの転換期と言えます

その上で、理念と理想と現実を同じ同線に繋ぐこと

当院においては私が行う戦略となります

当院の理念と理想と現実は以下の通りです

当院の中で、今、大腿骨骨折などが、ハードな骨折

さらに多いのは各関節の骨挫傷、

半月板損傷、前十字靱帯損傷、交通事故、労働災害など

明らかに外傷性のはっきりした方がかなり多くなっている時期であることは、事実でもあります

その判断根拠としては、エコー観察と理学的所見である程度、疑います。その上で、MRIで専門医の整形外科の先生に確定診断頂き、ドクターから普段は、当院でやってくださいとかえしてくださいます

これは、本当にありがたいことかつ、責任のあること(患者様にも整形外科の先生にも)

その期待にそうべき、早期回復する治療機器が、さらに入りました。

急性的な疾患に関しては、今、日本の物理療法の機器の中で、当院にない機器で必要なものはなく、この当院のハード面で、評価、治療機器、固定、エコー観察、施術、運動療法、などしっかり早期回復に努める所存です

While it’s true our clinic sees many injuries, I should mention that injuries aren’t the only reason to visit an osteopathic clinic.

Putting it into words might cause misunderstandings, and writing it out fully would be too long. So, when, where, and what (excluding work-related injuries) – based on that, whether it falls under insurance or non-insurance coverage? It follows the medical expense payment standards.

So, does that mean you can only visit us for injuries? Absolutely not.

Details are as stated above.

That said, we have had patients with multiple fractures requiring bed rest.

That said, I believe practitioners at each clinic carefully distinguish between injuries and underlying conditions unrelated to the injury (insurance vs. non-insurance).

Otherwise, things like employee wages wouldn’t be covered.

On top of that, now, severe fractures like femur fractures

and even more common are bone contusions in various joints,

meniscus tears, anterior cruciate ligament tears, traffic accidents, work-related injuries, etc.

It is also true that there has been a significant increase in clearly traumatic injuries.

We can suspect these to some extent through ultrasound observation and physical examination, but we refer patients to specialist orthopedic surgeons for definitive diagnosis via MRI. They often tell us, “Please handle the follow-up care at your clinic.”

This is truly appreciated and a responsible approach (both for our patients and the orthopedic specialists).

通常予約なしで行ってきた体外衝撃波施術

水曜日午前は予約制で体外衝撃波施術の日にいたします

おそらく体外衝撃波を必要とする頑固なケガ、痛みであるので

新しい治療機器を使用した上で体外衝撃波を行います

他の日と同じく、

エコー観察行い、照射する部位を特定して照射、終わった後エコーで変化を見る

それはいい方と悪い方と当然エコーとります

当院の体外衝撃波の照射方法は企業秘密なので言えませんが、照射に工夫を加味しております

これにより、患者様の体感、効果の実感はあがります

編み出したやり方は決して間違っていないと思います

次に他の日と異なり、体外衝撃波のみの特別の日なので他の日と異なり加算1000円(税別)となります

つまり、

初回5000円、2回目(4000円) 税別が水曜日の料金となります

Our extracorporeal shock wave therapy sessions, which have typically been available without appointments,

will now be by appointment only on Wednesday mornings.

Since these are likely stubborn injuries or pains requiring extracorporeal shock wave therapy,

we will perform the therapy using our new treatment equipment.

As with other days,

we will perform ultrasound observation to identify the treatment area, administer the shockwave, and then check for changes via ultrasound afterward.

Of course, we take ultrasound images both before and after treatment.

Our specific method of applying extracorporeal shock waves is proprietary and cannot be disclosed, but we incorporate unique techniques into the treatment.

This enhances the patient’s perceived experience and the tangible effects of the treatment.

I firmly believe the method we’ve developed is absolutely correct.

We accept appointments and same-day phone reservations.

Next, unlike other days, this is a special day dedicated solely to extracorporeal shock wave therapy. Therefore, unlike other days, there is an additional charge of 1,000 yen (tax excluded).

In other words,

The first session is ¥5,000, and the second session (¥4,000) are the Wednesday rates (excluding tax).

We may offer this service on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays in the future, in which case a 2,000 yen surcharge will apply.
