昨日、講道館柔道七段受けにいってきました

京都は毎年いってますが、

他にも最近できた大阪、歴史的に京都と同じ有名な東京

もっと練習つんで大阪にもいって、目標の55歳までに七段をとりたいと思っております

さて、帯の結び方から受け身、私が柔道をはじめた小学2年からずっと私をご指導頂く父に試合をみて頂くのは、親孝行ではないかと思います

早く七段とって証書みせたいところです

昨日、父の行岡学園当時の同級生の先生のお宅にお邪魔させて頂き、久しぶりの再会にお互い喜んでおられてよかったです

Yesterday, I went to take the 7th-dan exam at the Kodokan.

I go to Kyoto every year,

but there’s also Osaka, which opened recently, and Tokyo, which is just as historically famous as Kyoto.

I plan to train even harder and go to Osaka as well, with the goal of earning my 7th-dan by the time I turn 55.

Now, from how to tie the belt to breakfalls, I’ve been under my father’s guidance ever since I started judo in second grade. I think having him watch my match is a way of showing my filial piety.

I’m eager to earn my 7th dan soon so I can show him the certificate.

Yesterday, I visited the home of a teacher who was my father’s classmate back in his days at Yukioka Gakuen. It was wonderful to see them both so happy to reunite after so long.

花見の時期にあいにくの天気ですね

さて、本日、私ごとですが、講道館柔道七段受けの試合にいきます

55歳までに七段をとりたいと思っています

点数もほぼ足りてきているようには思いますが。

30歳で、五段になってから、当院に帰ってきたこともあり、怪我してはいけないので、試合を封印していました

コロナ禍の時期に、和歌山県柔道連盟会長からお声がけ頂き、背中を押していただいたので試合にもいき、六段昇段

30歳で五段になった頃の、周りの柔道家の方々は、今八段受けもしくは、八段になっています

全日本柔道の監督級や、各警察の師範、実業団の監督など、錚々たるメンバーです

まあ、ケガしないように頑張ってきます

The weather is unfortunately not cooperating during cherry blossom season.

Now, on a personal note, I’m heading to a competition today to earn my 7th dan in Kodokan Judo.

I hope to achieve 7th dan by the time I’m 55.

It seems I’ve almost accumulated enough points.

After becoming a 5th-dan at age 30, I returned to this clinic, and since I couldn’t afford to get injured, I had stopped competing.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the president of the Wakayama Prefecture Judo Federation reached out to me and gave me the encouragement I needed, so I competed and was promoted to 6th dan.

The judoka who were around me when I became 5th dan at age 30 are now either preparing for 8th dan or have already attained it.

They are a distinguished group, including coaches for the All-Japan Judo Team, instructors for various police forces, and coaches for corporate teams.

Well, I’ll do my best to avoid injury.

Therapeutic Equipment: Only specific devices attached to the treatment table

This service is particularly suitable for those who:

– Have recovered from an injury sustained at our clinic and wish to receive maintenance care, or

– Do not usually experience pain but wish to receive maintenance care to prevent future pain.

For treatments aimed at healing injured areas, it is best to undergo standard insurance-covered procedures.

本日姪っ子が、入学式で、ご両親が

東京に行きました

楽しい4年になることを祈ります

さて、本日より日本の法律制度が変わるようです

4月1日より、家族に関する法律が新しくなりました。（※共同親権の導入など）
​私は長年、医療人として、また健心館の柔道指導者として、本当に多くの子どもたちと接してきました。
その中で常に心がけてきたのは、どんな環境にいる子どもであっても、分け隔てなく多くの愛情をもって接し、心身の成長をサポートすることです。
​健心館での私のその思いが届いたのか、大人になっても道場に顔を出してくれたり、頼ってきてくれる教え子も少なくありません。これが私の何よりの誇りです。
​法律が新しくなり、子どもたちの「最善の利益（幸せ）」がより一層守られる社会へと日本が歩み始めたことを、心から歓迎しています。
柔道家として、そして医療人として、これからも健心館で子どもたちの笑顔があふれる楽しい活動を展開していきたいと決意を新たにしています。

I’d like to follow up on what I mentioned earlier—things have been hectic with the start of the fiscal year and insurance claims, and I have a high-ranking judo tournament this weekend. Once things settle down, I plan to get everything in order.

さて、4月からいろいろ当ビルにおいていろいろ楽しいことがあります

1)70歳以上の方が、ご希望な場合は、定額制の年金暮らしの方でも優しい金額にて電気治療機器、施術を受けることが可能です(保険証不要)

2)フィットネスplusの営業時間の延長

それにより、今までご希望のあった現役世代の方々がご利用になれることになります

時間は19時までですが、状況をみて増やしていく可能性は十分あります

3)海外からの観光客の方への柔道体験

現在、通訳と受けのパートナーとして受けていただける方を募集中です

4)一階、整骨院の自費メニューが、増えること

それに伴い、私のスケジュールにあわしてそれは、水曜日午後、土曜日午後を想定しております

もっとも、EMSとは、平日の12時30分、19時30分ぐらいなら予約することは可能です

5)柔道のパーソナルキッズ柔道

すでに稼働していますが、本格的にポップを作成してSNSにアップします

6)当ビルのフリースペースの有効活用

二階フィットネスは、自費でゆっくりするスペースに移転時より内装を作っておりました

ゆえにここは、ヘッドスパ、エステなど、十分美容関係の事業されている方の時間貸しは可能です

7)柔道場の有効活用

ここも畳を傷めない事業なら、時間貸しを募集します

It’s already April, isn’t it?

Time sure flies.

Starting this April, we have several exciting new offerings in our building:

1) For those aged 70 and older, if you wish, you can receive electrotherapy and treatments at an affordable rate—even if you’re living on a fixed pension—(no health insurance card required).

2) Extended operating hours for Fitness Plus

This will allow working-age individuals who have previously expressed interest to use the facility.

Hours are currently until 7:00 PM, but there is a good chance we will extend them further depending on demand.

3) Judo experience sessions for international tourists

We are currently recruiting volunteers to serve as interpreters and practice partners.

4) Expansion of the self-pay menu at the osteopathic clinic on the first floor

Accordingly, based on my schedule, we are planning to offer these sessions on Wednesday afternoons and Saturday afternoons.

However, for EMS sessions, reservations are available on weekdays around 12:30 PM and 7:30 PM.

5) Personalized Kids’ Judo

This program is already operational, but we will create a formal flyer and post it on social media.

These will be one-on-one training sessions with me, a 6th-dan from the Kodokan.

6) Effective Use of the Building’s Free Space

Since the move, we have been renovating the second-floor fitness area into a private space for relaxation.

Therefore, this space is available for hourly rental to businesses in the beauty industry, such as head spas and estheticians.

We are recruiting for the above opportunities.

7) Effective Use of the Judo Dojo

We are also accepting applications for hourly rentals here, provided the business does not damage the tatami mats.

Once the listings for items 6 and 7 are uploaded to the appropriate property listing sites, I will share the links.

7) Effective Use of the Hatanaka Osteopathic Clinic Parking Lot

This is already in operation; you can find our parking spot on Akippa.

Weekdays: From 9:00 PM after closing until 7:00 AM

Saturdays: From the afternoon through the entire day

Sundays and holidays: Parking is available all day

We are currently undergoing construction, but once things settle down,

we will have a contractor paint parking space numbers so that all parking spaces will be available for use on Sundays and holidays.

And so on.
