さて、当院は新しい治療機器を前にお伝えした通り、導入しました

多くの治療機器があるので、欲しいものは過去にもありました

が、既存のある機種で対応なものばかりの印象もありました

が、最新のテクノロジーで、これは色々な用途で、いい、患者様の早期のケガなどの治癒に貢献してくれると確信して購入に至りました

また、導入して7年ぐらいになるかと思いますが

未だ和歌山県の整骨院では導入ないと思われる(メーカーさん曰く)

体外衝撃波治療機器は、県内外問わず患者様からの口コミで増えてきているのも事実です

近月中には、水曜日は今休みですが

体外衝撃波を使った保険外のみの施術の日

新しい治療機器の施術の日

その日は、骨折などの急患様は、のぞき、そういった日にすることは、水曜日を休みにした時から構想した上でお休みにしておりました

新しい治療機器は、企業秘密なので、　ホームページにも、ブログ、Instagramにもアップしません

ただ、患者様のご感想として、治りが早いというご意見。好評なのは事実かなと感じます

わたしから断定的にな治りが早いという文言は、記載しませんし、広告ガイドランとしてもできません。当院は、整形外科学会からもホームページは、認定されている以上、徹底して遵守いたします

Well, our clinic has introduced new treatment equipment as I told you before!

We have many treatment equipments, and there were some that we wanted in the past

But I had the impression that they were all compatible with the existing models.

However, we decided to purchase the new equipment because we are convinced that it is the latest technology and that it can be used for various purposes and contribute to the early healing of injuries and other problems of our patients.

It has been about 7 years since we introduced the system.

I think it has been about 7 years since it was introduced, but it seems that no osteopathic clinic in Wakayama Prefecture has introduced it yet (according to the manufacturer).

It is also true that the number of extracorporeal shock wave therapy devices is increasing by word of mouth from patients both inside and outside of the prefecture!

In the coming month, we will be closed on Wednesdays now.

朝から暑いですね

さて今日から9月

当院では万博も終わり暑さも落ち着いたら色々なことを企画しております

ありがたいことに暑い中、最近混雑する日が多いので

資格者は増やしたいと思います

応募はあるのですが

資格者は基本、当院の中では、同じレベルに合わせていくのが当然であり、必要でまさに看板にかかるので、基準に達しない場合はお断りさせて続いている状況です

なので、資格者もいきなり正社員ではなく、パートから採用を予定しております

技量アップなど仕事の習熟度に応じて正社員になれるということになります

このスタイルは業界では珍しいのでないかと思います。が、チェーン店ではなく、ミシュランなどに記載されるもしくはそれに準じる有名な飲食店ではよくあるのではないでしょうか？

それは、勉強するという意識が高いのではないかと思いますし、整骨院業界も昔はそうでした。

ここでは書きませんが、これからこの業界がどの分野で特化していくのか？より明確になってきて、勤務される資格者の方も同じ同線がよりその院に対して、強固であることと

自己研鑽がさらに必要不可避であると言えます

少なくとも当院ではそれを望みます

次に、最近のデジタル化は、整骨院にもかなりすすんできて私は責任者なので当然できますが、パートの女性スタッフもできることが不可避になってきております

つまり、パソコン(必要最低限はワード)やレジはできる(レジ経験なしでもよい)が、明細書発行義務化によるレジとパソコンのミスのない連動。

この作業は、仕事のスムーズ化できるスキルをもった方が、不可避になったということです

なので午後は、この部分を募集しております

AIにとって変わられる仕事は加速すると思いますが

人と人が触れ合ってまさに手当てするのが

整骨院業界の良さでありここにAIの入り込む余地はありません

猛暑続きますが、夏の思い出は本当に子どもに限らず大人の方々も残るのではないでしょうか？

私は、夏に色々やりたいこともありますが

我が子に色々な世界をみせることが、必ず何かで生きてくると思い、私なりにも

途中からあーそうだとなり

ダラダラ雰囲気を味わっていた4.5月と違いターゲットは世界一周と日本含めて全てのパビリオンにいくことを目標にしました

世界一周は達成しました

名誉院長を涼しくなる頃に、もう一度万博にナビゲートさせて頂くので、またそれまでにさらに楽しい場所をみつけておきたいと思います

あとは、日本のパビリオン７つぐらいのみ

しかしこれらが完全予約制で、朝9時にゲートインしてもとれるか？わからないものばかりなので、最善は尽くします笑

ありがたいことですが、

留守番は和歌山にはいますが

私は、断髪式、世界陸上、大学の全国大会の応援など

過去にない月に3回東京に行くという中、万博もこなすとしっかり体調管理して、もちろん普段の施術は、全力尽くしていきたいと思います

The heat wave continues, but I believe that summer memories are not limited to children, but also remain with adults.

I have a lot of things I want to do in the summer.

I think that showing my child the various worlds will surely come alive in some way, and in my own way.

In the middle of the summer, I started to think, “Oh, yes…

Unlike April and May, when I was just enjoying the atmosphere, my target was to go around the world and visit all the pavilions, including Japan.

Around the world was accomplished!

I will be navigating the Honorary Director to the Expo again when the weather cools down, so I hope to find even more fun places to visit before then!

Only about 7 more Japanese pavilions to go!

However, these are all by reservation only, and I’m not sure if I’ll be able to get in the gate at 9:00 a.m.?I don’t know, so I’ll do my best.

I’m thankful for that,

I’ll be in Wakayama for the staycation.

I am in Tokyo three times a month for the first time ever, for a haircut ceremony, the World Championships in Athletics, and cheering for a national university tournament.

I am going to Tokyo three times in a month, which has never happened in the past, and I will do my best to take care of myself and my daily treatment.

また健心館畠中道場館長であり、柔道指導歴これまた30年近くあり、講道館柔道六段である畠中健で行うので受け身の習得のノウハウが長けている

リスク管理

毎回血圧測定、体調確認、緊急時のためにAEDを設置しており、消防署も目の前にある

スポーツ保険など加入などを保険会社様と打ち合わせして行う予定であります

会費

具体的に試算して決めますが、月会費として行います

初回のみ無料で、高精度体組成計のインボディを全ての方測定いたします。身体の状態、お互い理解の下、カルテを作り、運動処方に組み込みます

受け身

受け身は年配の方を対象とするため

全てその時のみマンツーマンで頭を打たないように、私が頭部を手でフォローして守って実施いたします

開始時間

毎週水曜　午前9時30分から1時間を予定しております

参加者の方のご希望で、9時から10時からがベストであるなら検討いたします

The program is conducted by Ken Hatanaka, the director of Kenshinkan Hatakenaka Dojo, who also has nearly 30 years of judo teaching experience and is a Kodokan Judo 6-dan, so he has excellent know-how in learning ukemi.

Risk Management

Blood pressure is taken every time, physical condition is checked, and an AED is available for emergencies.

We are planning to arrange sports insurance with insurance companies.

Membership fee

To be determined based on specific calculations, but will be set as a monthly membership fee.

The first session is free of charge, and all members will be measured by Inbody, a high-precision body composition analyzer, to determine their physical condition, and based on mutual understanding, a medical record will be made and incorporated into the exercise regimen.

Ukemi

Ukemi is designed for older adults.

We will conduct all the exercises one-on-one to avoid hitting the head.

Ken Hatanaka is,

Gymnastics, exercise, judo ukemi, etc.

Judo ukemi, especially ukemi from a fall without injury and ukemi of self-defense without hitting the head, will be taught.

昨晩や、今朝はやや涼しくなってましたね

くれぐれもお身体ご自愛くださいね

さて、いつものことではあるのですが

特にケガが集中する時期はあり

先日手の舟状骨骨折疑いの学生さんが来られました

来られた段階とケガの起こり方をお聞きして視診というみるだけで、上記疾患を疑いました

その上で、触診と言われる触るとやはりピンポイントでいたく

エコー観察でも不整像と思われる観察が見られて舟状骨骨折スタイルの固定を行い、MRIとれる私が尊敬する整形外科の先生に紹介させて頂きました

結果、やはり舟状骨骨折でした。

この部位は、捻挫と誤診が多い場所かつ

舟状骨の骨折部位により、骨癒合(骨のつき)が悪いつまり血流の悪いところがあり

そこを信頼おける整形外科医の先生に当院からも依頼して確定して頂くことが患者様さらには活動量の多いアスリートには不可避です

いつも当院の患者様の中で、複雑な症状を的確に確定診断頂き、整形外科先生にはこの場を借りてお礼申し上げます

It was a little cooler last night and this morning, wasn’t it?

Well, as always, it is a time of year when injuries are especially concentrated.

There are times when injuries are particularly concentrated

The other day, a student came to our office with a fracture of the navicular bone in his hand.

I suspected the above-mentioned disease just by asking him about the stage of his arrival and the way the injury occurred, and by performing a visual examination.

Then, when I touched the fracture, which is called palpation, it was still pinpointed and painful.

I referred her to an orthopedic surgeon whom I respected, who could perform a navicular fracture-style fixation and take an MRI.

As it turned out, I was right!

This site is often misdiagnosed as a sprain.

The fracture site of the scaphoid bone has poor fusion (bone attachment) and poor blood flow.

It is inevitable for patients, and even more so for athletes who are very active, to ask a trusted orthopedic surgeon from our clinic to confirm the location of the fracture.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank our orthopedic surgeon for his accurate diagnosis of our complicated symptoms.

さて、今まで頻繁に聞かれる

またその院から近い方からのご来院もありますのでその際はよく聞かれる

気を使って話されるということですね

全ての畠中という屋号の院は、当院が運営しておりません

またなぜこのお話するかといえば今まで多くの方々に聞かれ違いますと伝えてきてブログでお伝えしても良いのですが、当院名誉院長の弟が、している院であるためふれずにきました。

その中で、名誉院長の双子の弟さんで、私の叔父にあたる小松原畠中整骨、鍼灸院がご高齢に伴い今年末で閉院いたします

小松原宰治先生は、健心館のご指導、試合にも多くお手伝い頂き、当院で何かお手伝い頂けたらと思いますが、私も辛い話ですが、本当にご苦労様でした

それに伴い、私の叔父がしている院ではなく

今後、各々の先生方で考え方ややり方も異なると私は考えます

時代の一区切りという意味で

畠中という屋号の整骨院で、和歌浦がやっているのは、和歌浦だけです

その旨、今回お伝えさせて頂きます

他のエリアも準備中ですが、それは、できる資格者完成待ちです

私は畠中整骨院創業者の畠中繁太郎先生の孫で、畠中繁太郎先生の長男の長男で3代目です

至らないところ多いと思いますが、繁太郎先生の色々なところを学んでこられた二代目畠中耕作名誉院長の背中を追いかけて引き続き畠中整骨院院長として、勉強させて頂いております

名誉院長は毎日午前は出勤しております

今年10月26日で87歳になられる名誉院長は、同年代の方々と楽しく施術してお互い、私には作れない空間をつくっておられます

さて、宰治先生には

年末にご苦労様会と、来年父と同じ米寿になられるため、お祝いしたいと思います

患者様には混乱なきようにこの度お伝えさせて頂きます

Now, I have been frequently asked

Also, there are people who come to our clinic from near our clinic, so they often ask me about it.

It means that they speak with care, doesn’t it?

All the hospitals with the name “Hatanaka” are not operated by us.

The reason why I am telling you this is because many people have asked me about it and I have told them that it is not true, and I could have told them in my blog, but I did not mention it because it is a clinic run by the brother of the honorary director of this hospital.

One of them, Komatsubara Hatanaka Osteopathy and Acupuncture Clinic, which is the Honorary Director’s twin brother and my uncle, will close at the end of this year due to his advanced age!

Mr. Zaiji Komatsubara has guided Kenshinkan and helped us in many matches, and I wish he could have helped us in some way at our clinic, but it is a painful story for me, too, and I really appreciate his hard work.

With that, it is not the hospital that my uncle does.

I believe that each doctor has a completely different way of thinking and doing things

In the sense of a break in the times.

Hatanaka is the only osteopathic clinic with the trade name Hatanaka, and Wakaura is the only one doing it!

Other areas are in preparation, but that is pending the completion of qualified personnel who can do it!

Now, to Dr. Zaiji

I would like to congratulate him for his hard work at the end of the year, and also for the fact that next year he will reach the age of 88, the same as my father.
