おめでとう御座います

パリ五輪は色々物議を醸し出した試合があり雪辱果たしてよかったです

思えば2019年世界柔道選手権が、東京であったとき、観戦にいきました

たまたま2列目の席をとれていたので、

その前列に永山選手のご両親などがおられました

それから非常に親近感ありました

永山選手のお父様は、子どもが柔道はじめたので、お父様も子どもさんの気持ちを理解するために、柔道をはじめたと聞いています

素晴らしいと思います

I happened to get a seat in the second row,

Nagayama’s parents and others were in the front row.

So I felt very close to them.

I heard that Nagayama’s father started Judo because his child started Judo, and his father started Judo to understand his child’s feelings.

白浜のパンダちゃんたちが、和歌山を離れて中国に帰るのは近いですね

私は最後に今月あと一回いこうと思っています

5月に2回いっているので、最近でいえば子供ができて、子らを連れて行ったのがここ最近の感じなので、あり得ない頻回通園です笑

さて、昨日、最近、新患様で来られている方が、彩浜の名付け親であることがわかりました

同じ名前をつけられた方は複数人おられるので個人情報は特定されていません笑

当院は、スポーツしている子の負傷部位もわからないように、同じスポーツの子とあうことはありません

さらにいえば、誰さん来られている？とか聞かれてもいうこと絶対ありません

それくらい個人情報に達していますのでご安心ください

さて、その彩浜の名付け親の方は、アドベンチャーワールドにご招待され、彩浜を抱っこさせてくれたようです

すごい縁ですね

私の子どもと彩浜生まれた日が2日違いなので

すごいご縁です

今月またアドベンチャーワールドに最後行ってきます

万博もあるし忙しい笑

In our clinic, we do not meet children who play the same sport, so that we do not know the injured part of the child who plays the sport.

Furthermore, we never say who is coming to our clinic.We will never tell you who is coming to our clinic.

By the way, the godfather of Saahama was invited to Adventure World and allowed us to hold him in our arms.

My child and Saahama were born on two different days.

It’s an amazing fate!

昨日は梅雨入りすぐに豪雨のところもあり皆様大丈夫でしたでしょうか？

さて、当院は6月から(水曜日)は、

終日休みにしております

その日を利用して名誉院長を大阪関西万博に連れていこうと思っていたのですが、朝そこそこ雨降ってので、延期しました

じゃあ日曜にいけばとなるのですが

名誉院長の1番の趣味のゴルフ毎週いくので

水曜日しかないのです笑

私は2013年に母を亡くし、父とは毎日一緒に仕事していますが、水曜日を利用してどこかに連れて行きたいという時間を作りたいというのも水曜日に休みにした主旨でもあります

水曜日は、もともと午前中だけでしたので、急患様は073-444-0618にご連絡いただきますと院長携帯に繋がります

昨日、ウルフアロン選手引退会見ありました

思えば平成最後の全日本柔道選手権に家族で観戦にいった時の優勝者です

小学生の頃から春日柔道クラブ(講道館)

で全国大会の優勝チームのレギュラーなので、非常に覚えております

当時の春日柔道クラブの向井先生とは、健心館は、翻意にしていただいているので、どうすればあのような小学だけではなく、シニアでも活躍する選手育てられるのか？本当に拝見させて頂きたく思った次第です

ウルフアロン選手は、話ぶりからみても非常にクレバーで、名選手は、どの選手も原稿読んでるの？と思うくらい理路整然とお話しされますね

それは、YouTubeでの柔道の話でも非常に勉強になります

将来的には、柔道界で、指導になられたら、名監督になられると思いますのでマスコミには引っ張りだこでしょうが、今後のご活躍をお祈りいたします

He was the winner of the last All Japan Judo Championships in the Heisei era when my family and I went to watch the tournament.

I have been a member of Kasuga Judo Club (Kodokan) since I was an elementary school student.

I remember him very well because he was a regular member of the winning team of the national tournament at the Kasuga Judo Club (Kodokan) since I was an elementary school student.

I have a good relationship with Mr. Mukai of the Kasuga Judo Club at that time, and I was wondering how to bring up such an athlete who can be active not only in elementary school but also in senior high school.I really wanted to see it.

Wolfgang Aron was very clever in his speech, and all of the great players were reading from a manuscript.I think so.I’ll let you speak reasonably well.

くれぐれも豪雨お気をつけください

さて、当院は顧問弁護士、顧問会計士、顧問社会保険労務士さんがおられます

顧問弁護士さんにご相談となれば、交通事故の案件などとなります

また昨今の社会保障費に伴う、運用が

療養費支給基準に準じているか？のチェックもなされています

次に会計士、社会保険労務士の先生

会計士の先生とは次に一回打ち合わせしています

給与計算もタイムカード渡して、給与渡せる状況で明細書も頂け助かります

さて、昨今の日本の雇用状況を鑑み、

時給アップをご提案頂きました

まずは、50円アップさせます

午後は、1400円で募集していますが、

それをやめて1200円で、募集に切り替えます

その上で、1年以内に50円アップさせる可能性よく仕事できる方は、いきなり200円アップもありえますし、スマートなのは

1年以内に50円アップを年毎に繰り返し

結果的に1400円にもっていきます

当院の午前は1100円ですが、そこからのアップは、今年7月からを予定しています

和歌山県の最低賃金は980円なので

まあまあ条件はいいと思います

その代わり何人いれないので、そのような時給をあげれるということです

たまに他の事業所で聞きますが、人は３人よれば、２名の時は仲良いけど、３人になれば、仲が悪くなるというか？２人と１名になるとききます

当院は、スタッフの仲はよいので、あり得ません

昨日、応援に行く予定が来客あり時間遅れていけなかったのですが、

教え子が、国民スポーツ大会(旧国体)大阪代表になりました

おめでとう御座います

高校から当時一つ上の先輩で

個人戦で高校日本一になり、常に全国でもベスト８以上は、最低狙っている大阪の強豪校

東海大仰星大阪高校に進学してその子は、インターハイでも、団体個人でまた個人では全国でベスト８になりました

そのため、高校在籍した大阪で出場しました

大阪は、激戦区ですが、見事に代表に選ばれました

高校生以下の試合と異なり、プロと同じように各年代の優勝選手などが、集まる成年はまさに最強を選ぶ部門になりますね

近畿大会が、次あり、総当たりです。日程合えば応援に行きたいのですが、近畿では和歌山とも当たるので、応援は、大阪対和歌山は応援しにくいですね笑

先日も高校のインターハイ予選で

飲食店の前で、挨拶されて、あーと教え子がその日、和歌山県のインターハイで優勝したという報告を受けよかったです

将来的に

健心館を指導再開するとなれば

おっさんの私ではなく、OB、OGで盛り立てて教えてくれたら、健心館も名誉館長も喜ぶと思います

My student became a representative of Osaka in the National Sports Festival (former National Athletic Meet)!

Congratulations!

He was one of my seniors from high school at the time.

He was the number one high school player in Japan in the individual competition and always aims for at least the top 8 in the national tournament.

He went on to Tokai University Sosei Osaka High School, where he was also in the top 8 in the inter-high school team and in the individual competition.

That’s why he competed in Osaka, where he went to high school.

Osaka is a very competitive area, but he was chosen as a representative!

Unlike the games for high school students and younger, the adult division, where the winners of each age group gather, just like the pros, is the division that selects the best of the best.

The Kinki Tournament is next, and it will be a round-robin tournament.I would like to go and cheer for them if my schedule allows, but since they will be facing Wakayama in Kinki, it will be difficult to cheer for Osaka vs. Wakayama, lol.

The other day, I was at a high school inter-high school qualifier.

I was greeted in front of a restaurant and was happy to hear that my student had won the Inter-High Championship in Wakayama Prefecture that day!

In the future

If I resume teaching Kenshinkan in the future

I think both Kenshinkan and the honorary director will be happy if the alumni and the former students teach together, instead of me, an old man.

最近、年度末など、新年度すぎて少し落ち着いてきたので

筋トレをできています

二階フィットネスplusは、

2パターンに分かれていて

ロコモ、メタボ予防、介護予防に特化

もっとやりたい方は

スミスマシーン、ケーブルモーション

トレッドミルなどあります

おそらく両者が揃っているフィットネスクラブは全国でもほぼないのではないでしょうか？

そんな中、筋トレは、私は高校ぐらいの時からはまり、高校の時、71キロ以下級で

160キロのベンチプレスをあげていました

なので、私もこれからの己の体力増進のために、トレーニング理論も色々変わってきているのでしっかり研究していきたいと考えます

その中で重要なのは栄養もそうです

フィットネスの流れとしては

現状の身体の把握、トレーニング理論、運動処方、機種の選定と、栄養

その他に必要であれば

自費になりそうな筋疲労であれば、自費でのメンテナンスを行うという

起承転結でしょうね

それを加速させていきたいと思います

本日、関関戦の柔道競技が、関学で行われます

15時から開会式なので、仕事終えてすぐに今日みにいこうかと思ったのですが、県民葬と会議がありますので、InstagramLive配信で

私が関大ではなく関学にいってまでと思ったのは、私の姪っ子が今関学にいるので、いる間にいこうと思ったのです

在学中は、私は関学キラーだったと自負しているので笑、卒後も関学の関係者の大御所の先生方にもおぼえて下さってありがたいです笑

私が4年間の間は関大柔道部は、関学柔道部に関関戦に負けたことなかったかと思います

それくらい緊張感のある試合です笑

柔道には珍しく

関大スポーツ(将来女子アナウンサーになるような方々)

関大チアリーダーも多く応援に来られます。

いわゆる早慶戦みたいなものです

ちなみに、阪神のサトテルのお父様は、関学の准教授で、私が関西学生大学選抜で韓国に試合にいった時の引率頂いた先生で今でもお会いしたら声かけてくださいます

佐藤先生は、日体大で名選手の古賀稔彦さんの同級生で全日本学生チャンピオンだった、むちゃくちゃ面白い先生です

関学の当時の選手とは、今でも交流あり特別な仲なので、試合終われば懇親会もありますし、試合や交流を楽しんでください

さて、前置きは長くなりましたが

学生スポーツの話をすると、

ワンチームに徹してトレーナー的な活動もしたい気もします

が、私は和歌浦に徹する使命があるので

できません

というのも、先日、メールで

あるスポーツ

プロ選手のまずは一年契約の

仕事内容、施術、トレーニング指導、年俸など記載されたメールがきました

もちろんセレクションあるわけですが

私が経営者に達していたら、

次に家庭に時間ができたら、そういう時間もできると思うので

その頃、やれたらやりたいと応募したいとも思います

Today, the judo competition will be held at Kwansei Gakuin University!

The opening ceremony starts at 3:00 p.m., so I thought I would go see it right after work, but I have a funeral and a meeting to attend, so I will be streaming it live on Instagram.

The reason I decided to go to Kwansei Gakuin instead of Kwansei University was because my niece is currently at Kwansei Gakuin and I wanted to go while I was there.

I am proud to say that I was a Kwansei Gakuin killer while I was in school, and I am grateful that even after graduation, I am still remembered by some of the great teachers involved with Kwansei Gakuin.

During my four years at Kwansei Gakuin, I don’t think the Kwansei University Judo Club ever lost a Kwansei match to the Kwansei Gakuin Judo Club.

It’s such a tense match.

Kan-dai sports (people who will become female announcers in the future)

Many cheerleaders come to cheer for the team.

It’s like the so-called Waseda-Keio match.

By the way, the father of Hanshin’s Satoteru is an associate professor of Kwansei Gakuin University, and he was a teacher who led me to Korea when I competed there as a member of Kansai University’s selective team.

Mr. Sato was a classmate of Mr. Toshihiko Koga, a famous athlete at Nippai University, and was an all-Japan student champion.

今日も暑いですね

熱中症が予想される職種は、対策義務化されたのですが、当院はそれに該当しません

したら、患者様も大変だと思いますので

父に私が小さい頃、海岸にに連れていかれて

暑い中一生懸命、仕事している方々おられるやろう

反面、お父さんは、涼しいところで仕事できている

ありがたいと思う、また暑い中仕事されている方に敬意を評するというような

話をただ、それだけするために海岸に連れて行かれた記憶が鮮明に残っています

なぜそんなに、鮮明に残っているかといえば

なんで？という感じであったと思います

しかし、今その父の気持ちがわかります

命にかかるような熱中症と闘いながら、仕事される方々に私も敬意を評します

さて、当院は院内の清掃にかなり力を入れています

スタッフに少し時間ある時、トイレはもちろん、靴箱や、寝台の靴箱、スリッパの裏面などクリーニングしています

また、当院は部屋が広いので

寝台でいえば、25台近く寝台あるので、ほぼ待ち時間なく院内に入ることができます

つまり、その分掃除エリアも広いので、モップは、患者様がおられても、静かにしているときあります

My father used to take me to the beach when I was little.

I know there are people who work hard in the heat.

On the other hand, my father was able to work in a cool place.

He would tell me how grateful he was to work in a cool place, and how much he respected those who worked in the heat.

I still have a vivid memory of being taken to the beach just to talk about that.

Why is it so vivid?

Why?I think I was like, “Why?

But now I understand how my father felt.

I also have respect for those who work while battling life-threatening heat stroke.

We put a lot of effort into cleaning our clinic.

Whenever the staff has a little time, we clean the toilets, shoe boxes, bunk shoe boxes, the backs of slippers, and so on.

Also, our hospital has a large room.

In terms of bunks, we have almost 25 bunks, so you can enter the hospital with almost no waiting time!

This means that we have a large cleaning area, so sometimes the mop is silent even when patients are present.
