昨晩や、今朝はやや涼しくなってましたね

さて、いつものことではあるのですが

特にケガが集中する時期はあり

先日手の舟状骨骨折疑いの学生さんが来られました

来られた段階とケガの起こり方をお聞きして視診というみるだけで、上記疾患を疑いました

その上で、触診と言われる触るとやはりピンポイントでいたく

エコー観察でも不整像と思われる観察が見られて舟状骨骨折スタイルの固定を行い、MRIとれる私が尊敬する整形外科の先生に紹介させて頂きました

結果、やはり舟状骨骨折でした。

この部位は、捻挫と誤診が多い場所かつ

舟状骨の骨折部位により、骨癒合(骨のつき)が悪いつまり血流の悪いところがあり

そこを信頼おける整形外科医の先生に当院からも依頼して確定して頂くことが患者様さらには活動量の多いアスリートには不可避です

いつも当院の患者様の中で、複雑な症状を的確に確定診断頂き、整形外科先生にはこの場を借りてお礼申し上げます

Well, as always, it is a time of year when injuries are especially concentrated.

There are times when injuries are particularly concentrated

The other day, a student came to our office with a fracture of the navicular bone in his hand.

I suspected the above-mentioned disease just by asking him about the stage of his arrival and the way the injury occurred, and by performing a visual examination.

Then, when I touched the fracture, which is called palpation, it was still pinpointed and painful.

I referred her to an orthopedic surgeon whom I respected, who could perform a navicular fracture-style fixation and take an MRI.

As it turned out, I was right!

This site is often misdiagnosed as a sprain.

The fracture site of the scaphoid bone has poor fusion (bone attachment) and poor blood flow.

It is inevitable for patients, and even more so for athletes who are very active, to ask a trusted orthopedic surgeon from our clinic to confirm the location of the fracture.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank our orthopedic surgeon for his accurate diagnosis of our complicated symptoms.
