柔道はなぜダメなのか？
健心館としてOB、OGの方が、教えたいというのであればOKですが、
それ以外のスタンスであれば、健心館は、今年45年目となり少年少女柔道教室として根付いているのでこられる方は健心館と勘違いされる可能性高いのでそれは控えさせてください。
実際、全国チェーンの24時間フィットネスクラブを３階フロアの現状をある程度そのままにして
テナントでかりたいと言われました
話は良かったのですが、柔術もしている24時間フィットネスクラブなので、ついでに
柔道もさわりだけしてもよいなあという話になりそれが、お断りする要因となりました
一旦単体で貸した以上、柔道指導しないでくださいとは契約上言えないからです
最後、そのレンタルもしくはテナントの日時は、当院が、休みの日時なども可能となります
つまり土曜午後、日曜祝日などもOKということになります

Other than Judo, martial arts, calligraphy, gymnastics classes, etc. can be rented.
Why not Judo?
If Kenshinkan alumni and alumnae want to teach, it is OK,
However, if you have a stance other than that, please refrain from doing so, as Kenshinkan is 45 years old this year and has taken root as a judo school for boys and girls, and there is a high possibility that those who come to the school will mistake it for Kenshinkan.
In fact, we have been asked to rent a 24-hour fitness club of a national chain as a tenant, leaving the current situation on the third floor as it is to some extent.
I was told that they would like to rent the third floor as a tenant.
It was a good offer, but the 24-hour fitness club also offers jujutsu, so I thought it would be a good idea to do a little bit of jujutsu as well.
However, since it is a 24-hour fitness club that also offers jiu-jitsu, I was told that I would be happy to do a little bit of judo as well, and that was a factor in my refusal.
Once we rented the space as a stand-alone facility, we could not ask them not to provide judo instruction under the terms of the contract.
Lastly, the rental or tenancy dates and times are also possible on days when our clinic is closed.
In other words, Saturday afternoons, Sundays, and holidays are also acceptable.
