早速ですが、今年4月から煮詰めていた話

具体的にまたお知らせいたします

当ビルを改装いたします

それにともない、2階、3階の時間帯、スポット、部分的、全面など色々なことを想定したテナント募集も行います

雑賀崎小学校前の県外資格者の寮(おのうら院の有効活用)も本格的にテナント発信行います

2011年に現在のビルをご縁を頂き、購入いたしました

それから14年、それまでにも色々な気になる点を当方から相談してきました

当院としても、なぜ14年で、改装なのか？

不思議で仕方ないです

今回、設計士、施工会社を変えて行います

設計士は、医療機関など多くの案件を手がける

高校の同級生である辻岡先生にお願いいたします

施工会社は浅川組様

最近では、和歌山で有名な和歌山駅近くの

ほしのクリニック様の設計士で、斬新です

また改装の時期と、テナント料金はお知らせでいたします

I am Takeshi Hatakenaka, Director of Hatakenaka

Orthopedic Clinic.

Getting straight to the point, regarding the matter we’ve been finalizing since April this year:

We will provide further details soon.

We will be renovating this building.

Consequently, we will also be recruiting tenants for the 2nd and 3rd floors, considering various options such as time slots, spot rentals, partial spaces, or full floors.

We will also actively seek tenants for the dormitory for non-local licensed professionals in front of Saigazaki Elementary School (effective utilization of the Onoura Clinic).

We acquired the current building through a fortunate connection and purchased it in 2011.

Fourteen years have passed since then. Even before that, we had discussed various ideas, including renovation plans, from our side.

Even for our clinic, why renovate after 14 years?

It’s quite puzzling.

This time, we will change both the architect and the construction company.

The architect is Mr. Tsujioka, a high school classmate of mine who handles many projects, including medical facilities.

The construction company is Asakawa-gumi.

Recently, they worked with the architect for the innovative Hoshino Clinic near Wakayama Station, which is famous in Wakayama.

We will announce the timing of the renovation and the tenant fees in a notice.
