今年しかできないことを突き詰めた年でもありました

アドベンチャーワールドのパンダ

最後は3.4回１から２ヶ月の間にいったのでこれは、過去年に一回いくか？いかないか？のことを考えると行っておいてよかったと思います

次に、大阪関西万博

開幕日にも行ってましたが、最初は雰囲気味わうだけのつもりが、途中からこれは、我が子の教育として最高の場所だと認識して、世界一周することを決意して、それを達成したらせっかくなら日本の全てのパビリオンにいくこと

さて、その初日、開幕日に行ってからその日に通期券を購入して即日、閉幕日を予約抑えました

通期券と夏パスを使いこなして

つまり全てのパビリオンにいくことにしました

万博おばあちゃんに話をお聞きすると、

通期券を端末をいくつかアカウント作って

毎日いったようです

それなら毎日いけますが、基本通期券の予約は、3回までしかできないので10個の端末アカウントが必要な単純な計算になります

さて、私の話に戻すと9月に3回東京出張入り土曜、日曜がいけない厳しい状況で、どんどん当日予約をとられる時間が早くなってきた10月前後に

最高難易度のモンスターハンターを最前列にて、入りそこから当日端末機でとることができました。時間にして8時50分にゲートインして端末機で52分ぐらいだったと思います

しまったその記念の端末チケットおいておいたらよかったなあ笑

また、そのやり方は、今だから言いますが、西ゲートの1番左端に位置していたら、入ってすぐの左に当日端末機があるのです

モンハンをとったときは、西ゲート端末機にわたしの前に2名しかいないのでとれるのは、確実ですが、万博のガチ勢は、かなりの方々ですので、全く油断はできません。なので、とれた時はむちゃくちゃ感動でした

海外は並べば良いのですが日本は予約取れないものは入れないので5時間以上並んで入れる、イタリア館より実は下手したら厳しいのです

また、東ゲートも私の感触では、警備会社により、

スピードのあるゲートがあることに気づき、そこに並べば確かに他より早かった気がしました

なので必ずそのゲート番号に並んでました

また、これは、命の危険を感じたくらいだったのが、大屋根リングの1番トップの芝生のところから、ブルーインパルスをみることができました

なぜなら、場所取り禁止なので、その場所でほぼ6.7時間待機しないといけないからです

さて、海外のパビリオンを全て回った最後はカナダでした。出てきた時、天気もよくすごく感動、達成感ありました

日本のパビリオンのしめは、パナソニックのノモの国でした

つまりノモの国で全てのパビリオンのしめということになります

ノモの国は子ども受けするもので、でも大人も当然楽しめる、最後のメッセージも素晴らしかったです

全ては、一生のうちで貴重な経験を頂きました

世界観が変わりましたし、これからも子ども万博というネーミングにしたら、税金の無駄遣いとか、諸々批判をされることないので、これからの開催国には、そういう万博にしてもらいたいと私は思います

それは、海外に行けない子どもも多いと思われます

ヌルヌルの天才、落合陽一さんがおっしゃる万博の意義は、私も同感です

子どもが、万博で、その日にアメリカいって、イタリアいって、チェコいって、ヨルダンいって、ジャマイカとかいく

うまく回ればこれは1日で可能です

こんな世界を感じる機会はないのです

次に、仕事は手を抜きませんが、仕事以上に大事なことで、ここ5年、本来の私はもっとアグレッシブに動く人間が少し違いました。さらに言えばここ2年特にそうです。それが、健心館の指導をストップさせた理由です(指導者、門下生、保護者などのトラブルではない)

が、それは、まだ解決したわけではなく、落ち着いた時に、しっかりとお伝えしたいと思います

が、まあボチボチ、仕事は、もっとアグレッシブに進めていかないといけない

自営業というものは、守られるものがないのでやるか？やられるか？です

ただ、やりたいことをストレートにやりたい私からしたら、雇われて仕事するのは、向いていませんし、生き残れるか？生き残れないか？のこの世界は、むちゃくちゃスリルあって好きです。それは、私の考え一つ、決断一つで、上がるか？さがるか？なので。

それは、柔道でトーナメント戦で優勝するか？しないか？と同じく真剣勝負です

そこをもっと加速させますし、

二階、三階、分院など

資格者の雇用もすすめめいき、5年前のアグレッシブな私を取り戻していきたいと思います

患者様とは真剣勝負です

なので、それをできない資格者は、私は無理にとらないので今は採用に至りません

ただ、マンパワーは欲しいです

拙い私ですが皆様のご指導及びそのビジョンを一緒に進めたい方は、一緒に勉強しましょう

I am Takeshi Hatakenaka, Director of Hatakenaka Orthopedic Clinic.

This year was also one where I pursued things only possible this year.

The pandas at Adventure World

I ended up going 3 or 4 times over a period of one to two months. Considering I might only go once a year, or maybe not at all, I’m glad I went.

Next, the Osaka Kansai Expo.

I went on opening day too. At first, I just intended to soak up the atmosphere, but halfway through, I realized this was the ultimate place for my child’s education. I decided to take them around the world, and once we achieved that, I thought, since we’re here, we should visit every single pavilion in Japan.

In other words, I resolved to visit every single pavilion.

However, with three business trips to Tokyo in September, Saturdays and Sundays were out of the question. By October, the time slots for same-day reservations were filling up earlier and earlier.

I managed to get the highest difficulty Monster Hunter at the front row, and from there, I secured a same-day reservation at the terminal.

I can say this now: if you’re at the far left of the West Gate, the same-day reservation terminal is immediately to your left upon entering.

When I got the Monster Hunter tickets, there were only two people ahead of me, so getting them was certain, but when I actually succeeded, I was incredibly moved.

Overseas, you just queue up, but in Japan, if you can’t get a reservation, you can’t get in. So, actually, queuing for over five hours to get in is tougher than the Italian Pavilion, if anything.

Also, at the East Gate, I actually noticed that depending on the security company,

there was a faster gate. Queuing there definitely felt quicker than others.

Also, this was almost life-threatening, but I managed to see the Blue Impulse from the very top grassy area of the Grand Roof Ring.

Because spot-saving is prohibited, you have to wait there for nearly 6-7 hours.

All of this gave me a precious experience, one I’ll cherish for life.

It changed my worldview. And if they named it the Children’s Expo, it wouldn’t face criticism about wasting tax money or other issues.

I imagine many children can’t travel overseas.

I agree with the genius Yoichi Ochiai’s perspective on the significance of the Expo.

Go to America, go to Italy, go to the Czech Republic, go to Jordan, go to Jamaica…

If you plan it well, you could do all this in a single day.

There’s no other opportunity to experience such a world.

Next, I don’t cut corners at work, but there are things more important than work. For the past five years, my true self is someone who acts more aggressively. To be more precise, this has been especially true for the last two years. That’s why I stopped teaching at Kenshinkan (it wasn’t due to trouble with instructors, students, or parents).

However, that hasn’t been resolved yet. When things settle down, I want to explain it properly.

But work must be pursued more aggressively.

Being self-employed means having nothing to fall back on—it’s do or die.

For someone like me who wants to pursue my passions directly, working for someone else simply isn’t suitable. This world of survival—or perishing—is a serious contest, just like winning or losing in a judo tournament.

I’m accelerating that drive.

Expanding to second and third floors, satellite clinics,

and hiring qualified professionals—I aim to reclaim the aggressive spirit I had five years ago.

With patients, it’s a serious contest.

Therefore, I won’t hire unqualified professionals who can’t rise to that challenge. Talent is non-negotiable now.
