今、最後の患者様をお見送りして2025年の仕事を終えました
午前、午後とも混雑していて
午前は、年末でお忙しいということでお一人年明けに朝一できますと
もう一人は、午後からきますと
きちんと昼1番に来て頂きありがとうございました
来年以降
資格者の確保に本格的に乗り出す
次に高校生含めた午後のパートの若返りを考えております
私のSNSの発信などで、一緒に勉強したい方は一緒に高みを目指していきましょう
本日も普通の腰痛に思われるところですが
おかしいと思い、協力頂ける整形外科に紹介状でお願いしました
レントゲン、MRIでも腰椎圧迫骨折確定
私の中で、混んでいる時こそ、見落としそうな疾患がある時あります
当然見落としませんが、評価が全てであるので
的確な評価に磨きをかけるべく、さらなる高みを目指したいと思います
今年一年、拙い私を信じてご通院いただいた患者様ありがとうございました
また、無茶振りをする私についてきてくれたスタッフの方々ありがとうございました
また、偉大な背中をみせて頂き、ご指導頂く名誉院長には、この場をかりて御礼を申し上げます
子らが、私を自慢したくなるような
柔道整復師、鍼灸師を目指して、来年は突っ走ります

I am Takeshi Hatakenaka, Director of Hatakenaka Orthopedic Clinic.
I just saw off my last patient and finished work for 2025.
Both the morning and afternoon were busy.
In the morning, one patient said they were busy with year-end matters and could come first thing in the morning after the New Year.
Another said they would come in the afternoon.
Thank you for both coming promptly at noon.
Starting next year and beyond,
I will fully commit to securing qualified staff.
Next, I plan to rejuvenate our afternoon part-time staff, including high school students.
If you see my social media posts and want to study together, let’s aim for greater heights together.
Today, what seemed like ordinary back pain
made me suspicious, so I referred the patient to a cooperating orthopedic clinic with a letter.
X-rays and MRI confirmed a lumbar compression fracture.
I realize that during busy times, there are times when conditions that might be overlooked exist.
Of course, we don’t overlook them, but evaluation is everything.
I want to aim for greater heights to further hone my precise evaluation skills.
Thank you to all the patients who trusted my imperfect self and visited our clinic this past year.
Also, thank you to the staff who stuck with me despite my unreasonable demands.
Furthermore, I take this opportunity to express my gratitude to the Honorary Director, who has shown me a great example and guided me.
Next year, I will charge ahead, aiming to become a judo therapist and acupuncturist
that my children will be proud of.
I look forward to your continued support next year.
