最近に限らないのですが、

当院は骨折などのケガの患者様が多いのですが、今、特に多い時期でもあります

ケガと急患様という観点で

骨折、交通事故、労災が、多い印象です

が、当院は多岐に渡るので、当然

年代も幅広く、頸部痛、腰部痛、膝痛などでご来院される方もおられるので、

スポーツ選手だけとかではないのでその点はご安心ください

昨日に限らず、表記の治療機器を求めてご来院されるケースはあります

その際、痛いのに、ご来院されているので

先にみて頂いているドクターの同意が必要となります(骨折、脱臼の初回の応急処置は、整骨院では、可能で、二日目以降の施術は、ドクターの口頭もしくは書面の同意がいります)

診断名が、骨折、脱臼以外の他の疾患には、上記の同意は必要条件ではありません(もっと正確な話は療養費支給基準通りです)

当院が先に骨折、脱臼をみさせて頂いた場合は、ご紹介先のドクターからの書面で同意を頂けます

一方、他院でみて頂き、当院で早く骨折を治したいのでご来院頂く場合は、少し私が段取りを患者様お隣でお話しを病院にさせて頂くということになります

骨折、脱臼の2回目以降の同意という観点は

理学療法士さんの病院内の指示というジャンルではありません

病院、クリニックは、医療費

整骨院は、療養費

という制度が全く異なることも一つの要因かと思われます

同意は口頭、書面どちらでもよいです

そのため、その場で病院にお電話させて頂き

してあげてくださいとおっしゃって頂けました

I am Takeshi Hatakenaka, Director of Hatakenaka Orthopedic Clinic.

It’s not just recently, but

our clinic sees many patients with injuries like fractures, and now is a particularly busy time.

From the perspective of injuries and emergency patients,

fractures, traffic accidents, and work-related injuries seem especially common.

However, our clinic handles a wide range of issues, so naturally

we see patients across a wide age range. Many come for neck pain, back pain, knee pain, and similar issues.

So please rest assured, we don’t only treat athletes.

It’s not just yesterday; we do have cases where patients come seeking the treatment equipment mentioned.

In those instances, since they are coming despite being in pain,

they need consent from the doctor who is already treating them.

This isn’t simply a matter of a physical therapist’s in-hospital instructions.

Hospitals and clinics operate under the medical expense system,

while chiropractic clinics operate under the medical care expense system.

This fundamental difference in systems is likely one contributing factor.

Consent can be given either verbally or in writing.

Therefore, we contacted the hospital on the spot,

and they kindly agreed to provide it.

We are truly grateful.

Naturally, since patients visit both our clinic and that hospital, we intend to handle this appropriately.
