昨日、混雑していても、待ち時間長いのでとお伝えすることはないのですが

19時にご来院頂いた方に私の中でも90分待ちと予想したので、お伝えして本日これるなら

本日とお伝えしました

昨日、新患さま、急患さまが、ある程度重なったため、また急患さまは、骨折の骨のズレも強く、ゆっくりした時間で丁寧に徒手整復を行う必要があったためでもあります

当院は予約不要で、寝台数も多いので、待ち時間なくすっと入れます

が、一気に重なった時

体外衝撃波など、特殊な施術や上記のような急患様が入られた時は、少しお待ち頂くケースもあるのでその時は、お伝えしますので

ご理解、ご了承の程、よろしくお願い申し上げます。

I am Takeshi Hatakenaka, Director of Hatakenaka Orthopedic Clinic.

Since it’s the 10th today, the day of Ebisu, I’d like to go to Ebisu Shrine.

Yesterday, even though it was crowded, I don’t usually tell patients about long wait times.

But for the patient who came at 7 PM, I personally estimated a 90-minute wait. So I told them, “If you can come today, please do.”

Yesterday, new patients and emergency cases overlapped to some extent. Also, the emergency patient had a severe bone displacement from a fracture, requiring careful manual reduction over a longer period.

Our clinic doesn’t require appointments and has many treatment beds, so you can usually be seen without waiting.

However, when multiple patients arrive at once,

or when special treatments like extracorporeal shock wave therapy are needed, or when urgent cases like the one mentioned above arrive, there may be times when you need to wait a bit. We will inform you if this happens.
