連休いかがお過ごしでしょうか？
昨日は和歌山市は、成人式でしたね
車の量も多く感じましたし、雪は降るわ、風強いわ、大変でしたね
男性も女性もおめでとう御座いますですが
女性の場合は、振袖というのは、本当に華があっていいですね。
さて、基本的に急患様は可能な限り、対応していくという方針を今年度打ち出したと思います
昨日も、肘の捻挫の方がご来院になりました
子どもさんなので、骨折をお電話の際、危惧しましたが、テーピングで対応可能な捻挫でした
先週土曜日も、急患様が、お電話頂き、いつもご来院頂く方で対応したかったのですが、
あの日仕事終えたのが混んでいて14時30分ごろ
お電話頂いた時間、その後、すぐに所用で大阪に出たので、対応できず、お話しお聞きする限り、
脱臼や骨折を疑ったので、外科で対応可能か？(当直医の加減) 聞いて頂き、その整形外科で、やはり骨折だということを後でお聞きしました
正月早々お気の毒ですが、早期の処置は、重要なので、その点ではよかったと思います
明日からまた頑張ります

前から募集しているのですが
最近、ありがたいことに、新患様も多く、混雑の傾向が強いので
スタッフ増員は必要であります
優先順位でいえば
3)の次に1)
最後3)です
1)柔道整復師、鍼灸師資格者のパート
2)柔道整復師、鍼灸師資格者の正社員(今年の新卒含む)
3)午後のパート(当院の事務仕事は、デジタル化に伴いレジ、パソコン作業できる方必須、高校生可)
パソコンできる方はそんなに難しくありませんが、
当然、保険証情報入力は、以前よりありますが、当院は、自費含めて全ての患者様に
マイナ保険証への対応、
領収書兼明細書をお渡ししております

How have you been enjoying the holidays?
Yesterday was Coming-of-Age Day in Wakayama City.
The traffic felt heavy, and with the snow falling and the strong wind, it was quite challenging.
Congratulations to both the young men and women.
For the women, the furisode kimono truly has a beautiful elegance, doesn’t it?
Now, as for our policy this year, we’ve established that we’ll handle emergency patients as much as possible.
Yesterday, someone with an elbow sprain came in.
Since it was a child, I was worried about a fracture when they called, but it turned out to be a sprain that could be managed with taping.
Last week, another emergency patient called. It was someone who usually comes in, and I wanted to see them, but
that day, I finished work around 2:30 PM because it was so busy.
After the call, I had to go to Osaka for business and couldn’t attend to them. From what I heard,
they suspected a dislocation or fracture, so they asked if it could be handled by surgery (depending on the on-call doctor). I later learned it was indeed a fracture.
It’s unfortunate so early in the New Year, but early treatment is crucial, so in that sense, it worked out well.
I’ll do my best again starting tomorrow.

We’ve been recruiting for some time now.
Recently, thankfully, we’ve had many new patients, and the clinic tends to be quite busy.
Therefore, we need to increase our staff.
1) Part-time Judo Therapist or Licensed Acupuncturist
2) Full-time Judo Therapist or Licensed Acupuncturist (including this year’s new graduates)
3) Afternoon Part-time Staff (Due to our digitalization, must be able to handle cash register and computer work; high school students welcome)
