さて、仕事に追われてなかなかできてなかったYouTubeの医療的なアップ

今日、明日には

腹横筋のEMSの的確なエコーによる観察

当院のエコーにエラストグラフィーという機能があります。当院のエコーはポータブルではなく、据え置きタイプの上記機種なのでエラストグラフィーがあると業者さんは言われております

温熱系の医療機器を照射することにより筋がどれくらい柔らかくなるか？エラストグラフィーを利用して観察したいと思います

一昨日、ドローインすることで、腹横筋のトレーニングになると、NHKで放映されておりました

もちろん、私の研究中のエコー観察と他の柔道整復師の先生が見つけられたご発見と異なる結論により効果があるからドローインのトレーニングを放映されているかと思われます

なので、全く否定はしていません

放映されるにあたり、多くの専門家の方々の監修の下、行われたものと思っているからです

ただ、私の少しばかりの試行的エコー観察において、ドローインした時の腹横筋は、エコー観察しても筋腹が膨らみません

腹横筋は、字の如く、横に大きく膨らみ、海外で解剖をみさせて頂いた時、おもったことは、思っていたより厚みはありません

そこをドローインではなく、EMSで確定させたいと思います

前に一度行った時、あるポイントで的確に膨らむポイントがあり、ここなら、効果が期待できるということかと思われます

そこを確定しに行きたいと思います

Now, regarding the medical-related YouTube upload I’ve been meaning to do but haven’t had time for due to work…

I plan to post it today or tomorrow.

It will cover:

– Accurate ultrasound observation of EMS applied to the transverse abdominis muscle

Our ultrasound machine isn’t portable; it’s a stationary model of the type mentioned above.

I plan to use it for observation.

The day before yesterday, NHK aired a segment on drawing in as a transverse abdominis training method.

Of course, I don’t entirely dismiss it.

Therefore, I am not dismissing it entirely.

When performing the draw-in, the transverse abdominis muscle does not show a noticeable bulge on ultrasound observation.

I want to confirm this point using EMS, not the draw-in technique.

When I previously tested this, I found a specific point where the muscle bulged precisely. This suggests that stimulating this point could yield the desired effect.

I intend to pinpoint and confirm this location.
