和歌浦東の国道42号線はさんでから、和歌浦西に移転して13年強
本来なら、移転時されるべき工事が
その時、なされていない工事がいくつか判明しました
それに伴い、ここ数年、その設計士先生および施工業者さまの協議や話してきましたが
両者場当たり的もしくは、私としては両者の方々が、思いつきのように、コロコロ方針が、かわるように感じてきました
そこで、今回、設計士先生及び施工業者を変えて行います
設計士先生は、辻岡設計事務所、施工業者さまは、浅川組様に変えて、行います
ずっとおかしいと思っていた疑問点もしくは、えっこんなこと今更するのということが、出てきている状況です
当ビルは敷地面積や大きさもあるので、費用もまたかかり、私としても非常に迷惑かつ、資金的にも負担は大きいのですが、行います
それに伴い、あくまでも概略ですが、工程をお伝えさせて頂きます
令和8年３月23日開始から５月31日で終了予定
終了予定は変わる早くなる可能性があるとのことです
基本、施術に影響はないですが、大きな音あれば、ご了承ください
また、毎週土曜日は、50台近い車全て埋まる日ですが、公共下水切替工事のため、
土曜日の患者様駐車場に影響ある断線があります
その際は臨時駐車場が、3つあるので、
停められない場合は
073-444-0618までご連絡ください
当院スタッフが案内させて頂きます
その駐車場に影響でる時期は
4月の3週ぐらいの週末のみかと思います
あとは、ゴールデンウィークでやってくれます
設計士さんは、私の高校の同級生で、医療機関も多く設計されていて、最近なら和歌山駅の
星野クリニックさんを設計されております
浅川組様は、和歌山では技術や組織力では、大きな、信頼おける会社、
みなさんで力を合わせて頂き、患者様、会員様に喜ばれるビルの改修工事を行いたいと思う次第です

西浜の土地も3月中旬から4月頭で行います

Wakayama City, Wakaura-guchi Bus Stop Front
I am Takeshi Hatakenaka, Director of Hatakenaka Orthopedic Clinic.
It has been over 13 years since we relocated from the east side of Wakaura, across National Route 42, to the west side.
There were several construction projects that should have been completed during the move
but were never actually carried out.
Over the years, I’ve discussed this with both the architect and the construction company,
but I felt their responses were ad hoc, or what I perceived as constantly changing on a whim.
Therefore, this time, we are changing both the architect and the construction company.
We will proceed with Tsujioka Design Office as the architect and Asakawa-gumi as the construction company.
Questions I’ve long found questionable, or things like “Wait, they’re doing this now?”, are now surfacing.
Given the building’s lot size and scale, the costs are significant. This is extremely inconvenient for me and a major financial burden, but we will proceed.
Accordingly, while this is only a rough outline:
Work is scheduled to begin on March 23, 2026, and end by May 31, 2026.
The completion date may change and could potentially be earlier.
While treatment will generally not be affected, please be aware that loud noises may occur.
Additionally, Saturdays typically see nearly 50 vehicles filling the lot. However, due to public sewer line switching work,
there will be a disconnection affecting patient parking on Saturdays.
This is expected to occur only on weekends around the third week of April.
The rest of the work will be done during Golden Week.
The architect is a high school classmate of mine who has designed many medical facilities, most recently Hoshino Clinic.
Asakawa-gumi is a highly trusted company in Wakayama for their technical expertise and organizational strength. They will carry out building renovations that our patients and members will appreciate.

P.S.
Work on the Nishihama site will also take place from mid-March to early April.
We will also carry out good renovation work here, such as opening during non-clinic hours and tenant spaces.
