さて、3月、4月は色々と卒業、入学、人事など入れ替わる時期ですね

当院はデジタル化に伴い、午後のスタッフ増員人員募集してきました

10名ぐらい1週間でご応募あり、4名ぐらいの方がよく、全てシフトにしたいくらいでした

がそうすると、勤務時間は週1回ぐらいになります

そのため、そこから2名に絞り、今まで固定で行うという概念を崩して、2名で、シフトとします

午前なら6回あるので、3名でシフトでも、良いですが、午後は週4回しかないので。

一人は、歯科衛生士の学生さんで楽ない試験があるので、３月下旬ぐらいから勤務開始となります

一人は今日から勤務となりますが、クリニックでの勤務経験もあるので、スマートに順応できるかと思います

勤務歴の長い午前スタッフにまずついて指導してもらうので、しばらく午前もいます

今、午後勤務のスタッフは、違う時間帯でのシフト勤務となります

今後、忙しい時間帯など、特に高校生、大学生、看護学生さんなどを短時間スポット勤務募集してとにかく入れるスタッフ数を増やすつもりです

それは、資格者の非常勤も含みます

柔道整復師の国家資格も終わったので新卒の方の求職もお待ちしております

I am Takeshi Hatakenaka, Director of hatakenaka Orthopedic Clinic.

Now, March and April are times of transition with graduations, new enrollments, personnel changes, and so on.

As part of our digitalization efforts, our clinic has been recruiting afternoon staff.

We received about 10 applications in one week. We were considering hiring around 4 people and putting everyone on shifts.

However, that would mean each person would only work about once a week.

Therefore, we narrowed it down to two people and decided to break from the concept of fixed staff. We will now operate with two people on a shift basis.

For the morning shift, there are six shifts available, so having three people on a shift would work well. However, the afternoon shift only has four shifts per week.

One person is a dental hygienist student who has an upcoming exam, so they will start working around late March.

The other person starts working today.

They will first shadow and be trained by our long-tenured morning staff, so they will be present in the mornings for a while.

Please be kind to them when you meet them.

Moving forward, we plan to increase the number of available staff, especially during busy periods, by recruiting high school students, college students, nursing students, and others for short-term spot shifts.

This includes qualified part-time staff.

Since the national certification for judo therapists has concluded, we are also accepting applications from new graduates.
