​本日、和歌山市内の公立中学校では入学式が執り行われますね。
雲一つない快晴の空の下、ハレの日を迎えられた新入生の皆さま、そしてご家族の皆さま、誠におめでとうございます。
​初めて袖を通すピカピカの制服姿に、少し照れくさそうな、でも誇らしげなお子様たちの姿が目に浮かびます。
​中学校生活の3年間は、将来の目標を見つけるための「最初の礎（いしずえ）」を築く大切な時期です。
多くの友人と出会い、切磋琢磨する中で、自分の可能性を広げていってほしいと願っています。
​今まで習い事などで忙しく、時間に余裕がなかったお子様も、学校という新しい舞台で部活動などに挑戦できるのは素晴らしいチャンスです。ぜひ積極的にチャレンジし、「文武両道」を目指して、笑顔あふれる充実した3年間を過ごしてください。
​ご両親にとっても、今日という日は非常に感慨深い節目かと存じます。

Good morning.

I am Takeshi Hatakenaka director of Hatakenaka Osteopathic Clinic, located in front of the Wakaura-guchi bus stop.

Today marks the entrance ceremonies at public junior high schools throughout Wakayama City.

To all the new students and their families celebrating this special day under a cloudless, sunny sky, I offer my heartfelt congratulations.

I can picture the children, looking a little shy yet proud, wearing their brand-new uniforms for the very first time.

The three years of junior high school are a crucial time for laying the “foundation” for discovering your future goals.

I hope that as you meet many friends and learn from one another, you will expand your horizons and discover your full potential.

Even for students who have been busy with extracurricular activities and had little free time until now, this new setting of school offers a wonderful opportunity to take on new challenges, such as joining club activities. We encourage you to actively embrace these challenges, strive for excellence in both academics and extracurriculars, and spend three fulfilling years filled with smiles.

For parents as well, we believe today marks a deeply meaningful milestone.

We sincerely pray for your children’s healthy growth and a bright future.
