​先日発表いたしました「70歳からのメンテナンス・サブスク」。サブスクとは定額制、保険証不要です
おかげさまで多くのお問い合わせをいただいておりますが、改めて「先着30名様限定」という点について大切なお知らせがあります。
​当院では、お一人おひとりの状態を丁寧に見守るため、この30名の枠を「皆様の専用席」として管理しています。そのため、一度枠が埋まってしまいますと、空きが出るまでお待ちいただくことになります。
​そこで、継続して通われている皆様が、何の不安もなく翌月もケアを続けられるよう、以下の「先行予約システム」を導入することにいたしました。
​■ 翌月の「先行予約」の流れ
​現会員様の優先受付：毎月20日〜末日まで
現在サブスクをご利用中の方は、毎月20日から翌月分の枠を優先的に確保いただけます。これにより、「せっかく習慣になったのに、来月は予約がいっぱいで通えない」という心配がなくなります。
​新規枠の開放：毎月1日より
会員様が更新されなかった場合のみ、その空いた枠を1日より一般受付（先着順）として公開いたします。
​■ なぜ、このシステムが必要なのか？
​「今月は調子がいいからお休みして、また来月から……」
そう考えている間に、他の方がその枠を埋めてしまうかもしれません。
​一度失った「習慣」を取り戻すのは大変です。
「来月の安心も、今のうちに確保しておく」
このサイクルが、地域の皆様が「一生現役」でいられるための、最も確実な近道だと考えています。
​「あの時に続けておけばよかった」と後悔してほしくない。
だからこその、完全定額・先行予約制です。
​■ 受付について
​場所： 窓口にて直接お申し付けください
​定員： 30名（達し次第、翌月のキャンセル待ちとなります）
​皆様の「いつもの寝台」「いつもの電気」を、来月も安心してお使いいただくために。
20日を過ぎましたら、お早めに当院スタッフまでお声がけください。

​Regarding the “Maintenance Subscription for Ages 70 and Up” we announced the other day: This is a flat-rate subscription plan that does not require a health insurance card.

We have received many inquiries, and we would like to take this opportunity to remind you of an important point regarding the “limited to the first 30 applicants” policy.

To ensure we can carefully monitor each patient’s condition, we manage these 30 slots as “reserved seats” exclusively for our members. Therefore, once these slots are filled, you will have to wait until a spot becomes available.

To ensure that our current members can continue their care the following month without any worries, we have decided to introduce the following “Advance Reservation System.”

​■ How “Advance Reservations” for the Following Month Work

​Priority Registration for Current Members: From the 20th to the last day of each month

Current subscription members can secure slots for the following month on a priority basis starting on the 20th of each month. This eliminates the worry of thinking, “I’ve finally made this a habit, but I can’t come next month because it’s fully booked.”

​Opening of New Slots: From the 1st of Each Month

Only if a member does not renew their subscription will the vacated slot be made available to the general public (on a first-come, first-served basis) starting on the 1st.

​■ Why Is This System Necessary?

​“I’m feeling good this month, so I’ll take a break and start again next month…”

While you’re thinking that, someone else might fill that slot.

It’s hard to regain a “habit” once it’s lost.

“Secure your peace of mind for next month while you still can.”

We believe this cycle is the surest shortcut for everyone in the community to stay “active for life.”

We don’t want you to regret thinking, “I wish I had kept going back then.”

That’s why we’ve implemented this flat-rate, advance reservation system.

Location: Please inquire directly at the front desk

Capacity: 30 people (Once capacity is reached, you will be placed on the waiting list for the following month)

So that you can continue to use your “usual bed” and “usual electricity” with peace of mind next month as well.

If it is past the 20th, please speak to our staff as soon as possible.
