夏で色々なイベントがありますね

楽しい夏の思い出

小さい頃の夏の思い出もその記憶が鮮明に大人になっで残っているので、いっぱい作ってほしいものです

さて、先日隅田川花火大会含めて東京旅行に行きました

この花火は、いつも

日本武道館で行われる柔道の少年少女の全国大会と重なり

私が子どもの頃から指導者になってもいつも

九段会館からみたいなあと思っていた花火でした

ご縁があり、第一会場の少年野球場で鑑賞することができました

打上場所から一番近い場所なので、帰りの地下鉄で司会の方のアナウンス通り、服がまあまあ汚れていることに気がつきました

いつも手頃なアパホテルや東横インに泊まるので、浅草の方は、アパホテルは、ドミナント戦略的に多く

とまったアパは、露天風呂もあり、まさかの東京スカイツリーみながら風呂に入ることができ田舎者としては嬉しかったです

２７日国スポの近畿ブロックの試合で

健心館OBが大阪代表で出るのでみたかったのですが、家族のこの行事を優先させてもらいました

今は、健心館の指導はしてませんが、教え子の試合を情報入れば観戦にいくのも楽しみです

今度、関西学生で天理大学校内予選で優勝したOBの試合をみたいと思います

仕事ばかりの人生ではなく

メリハリつけて、残りの人生は

一生は一度きり。

命を両親から頂いたその人生において、

多くの日本の場所、また仕事をしっかり頑張って大阪関西万博で、実際その場にいきたいというモチベーションもできたので海外にもいき、元気なうちに多くのものをみたいと思います

It’s summer and there are many events coming up.

Happy summer memories!

I hope you will make a lot of memories of summer when you were a child, because those memories will remain vivid in your adult life.

The other day, I went on a trip to Tokyo including the Sumida River Fireworks Festival.

This fireworks display is always

coincides with the national judo tournament for boys and girls held at the Nippon Budokan.

Since I was a child and even after I became an instructor

I always wanted to see the fireworks from Kudan Kaikan even after I became an instructor.

I was lucky enough to be able to see the fireworks at the first site of the event at the baseball field for boys and girls.

I noticed that my clothes were quite dirty on the subway on the way home because it was the closest place to the fireworks.

There are many APA hotels in that area as a dominant strategy.

There was an open-air bath, and as a countryman, I was happy to be able to take a bath while looking at the Tokyo Sky Tree!

On the same day, I was at the Kinki block game of the national sporting event.

I wanted to see the game, but I had to give priority to my family’s event.

I am not teaching Kenshinkan now, but I am looking forward to watching my students’ games as soon as I get information.

Next time, I would like to watch a match of an alumnus who won the Tenri University intramural qualifying tournament for Kansai students.

I don’t want my life to be all work and no play.

Be disciplined and enjoy the rest of your life.

You only live once.

Your parents gave you a life, and in that life, you have to live it to the fullest,

I would like to visit many places in Japan, and I would also like to work hard and visit the Osaka Expo, so I would like to go abroad and see many things while I am still alive and well.

さて、本日よりソフトテニス女子

和歌山信愛高校が、全国優勝目指して山口に行きます

いつも応援に行きたかったのですが

インターハイ女子が仕事の時

柔道は、お盆時期

コロナ禍とかで中学などはいけず、

姪っ子も出場します

小学から指導者、仲間の友達、親子の4者一体の必死な活動をみてきているので

3年のインターハイは、全ての実力を出し切ってほしいと願います

私も柔道家で多くの子どもたちを指導してきた経験上、姪っ子にお伝えします笑

1)勝つというより普段の実力を出すことを全精力もつこと

2)相手の研究はほどほどに、予想通りの試合展開は、つねにないので、色々な展開を予想しておき、また本能を優先させること

3)自分自身の本能を信じ切ること

その上で監督、仲間を信じ切ること

4)最後はこの猛暑を制するものが優勝するでしょう

コンディションが一番

自分のコンディションを大事にすること

吉報を待ってます

柔道は、健心館は、今の所今の中学1年が最短で最後の教え子なので、高校ではインターハイいったら応援にいきますね

とにかくあの時あーしたらよかったとかない全ての実力を出し切ることを願います

Today, the Wakayama Shinai High School girls’ soft tennis team will be going to Yamaguchi for the national championship.

I always wanted to go there to cheer for them, but

Judo is during Obon season

I couldn’t go to the junior high school because of the Corona disaster and so on,

My niece will also participate!

I’ve seen the desperate efforts of the four parties involved, including the elementary school instructors, fellow friends, and parents and children.

I hope that they will give it their all at the Inter-High School Championships in their 3rd year.

From my experience as a judoist and having coached many children, I will tell my niece lol

1)Do not focus on winning, but rather on performing at your usual level of ability.

2) Study your opponents moderately, but always anticipate various developments and give priority to your instincts, because the match will not always turn out as expected.

3) Trust your own instincts.

3) Trust your own instincts, and then trust the coach and your teammates.

4) In the end, the winner will be the one who conquers this heat wave.

Condition is the most important thing

As for Judo, the first-year student of Kenshinkan’s current junior high school is the shortest and last student of mine, so I’ll be cheering for him at the Inter-High School Championships in high school.

4)I will check this with our legal counsel, but the club’s advisor would like to know the symptoms of the children in the club.

今名古屋場所で新横綱が誕生し、盛り上がっていますね

さて、先日、大相撲の断髪式への招待状届きました

たまたまその次の週、一年前より予定にいれていた世界陸上100M決勝もあり

二週続けて東京にいくことになります

断髪式は、今回で3回目

初回は新型コロナウイルス(東京も和歌山も)猛威を振るっていたので関脇の力士さんの断髪式断念しました　2年前ですね

2回目は、大関です　昨年ですね

その時の写真は当院とフィットネスplusにて掲示しております

今回も昔から思い入れある力士さんで今後の人生に幸あれといってきたいと思います

今日も施術しっかりさせて頂きます

A new yokozuna (grand champion) has just been crowned at the Nagoya tournament, and things are heating up!

The other day, I received an invitation to the Sumo tournament’s haircut ceremony.

It just so happens that the next week, I will be in Tokyo for the 100M World Championships in Athletics, which I have been planning to attend for a year.

I will be in Tokyo for two weeks in a row!

This is the third time for me to have a haircut ceremony.

The first time was two years ago, when the new coronavirus was raging in both Tokyo and Wakayama, so I had to abandon a haircut ceremony for a sumo wrestler from the Sekiwake division.

The second time was for an ozeki last year.

The photos from that time are displayed in our clinic and at Fitness Plus.

This time, too, I would like to wish him good luck in his future life.

I will continue my treatment today as well!

当院前と和歌浦口終点なら昔、和歌浦の方はお馴染みのゴトウさんがあったところです

で、乗るとおー

元ゴトウさんの前は和歌浦西

に名称変更でわかりやすくなってます

さて、本日から連休頂いた後の施術

明日も通常なら水曜日でお休みの日ですが

It used to be confusing for patients.

There are two bus stops at Wakauraguchi.

One is in front of our clinic and the other is at the end of Wakauraguchi, where Goto-san, a well-known restaurant used to be.

And when you get on the bus…

In front of our clinic is Wakauraguchi

In front of the former Goto-san, there used to be Wakaura-nishi.

The name has been changed to “Wakaura West” for easier understanding.

Now, we will start the treatment after the consecutive holidays from today.

Tomorrow is also a Wednesday, a day when we are usually closed.

However, we will be open only in the morning tomorrow after the consecutive holidays.
