今日も暑いですね

熱中症が予想される職種は、対策義務化されたのですが、当院はそれに該当しません

したら、患者様も大変だと思いますので

父に私が小さい頃、海岸にに連れていかれて

暑い中一生懸命、仕事している方々おられるやろう

反面、お父さんは、涼しいところで仕事できている

ありがたいと思う、また暑い中仕事されている方に敬意を評するというような

話をただ、それだけするために海岸に連れて行かれた記憶が鮮明に残っています

なぜそんなに、鮮明に残っているかといえば

なんで？という感じであったと思います

しかし、今その父の気持ちがわかります

命にかかるような熱中症と闘いながら、仕事される方々に私も敬意を評します

さて、当院は院内の清掃にかなり力を入れています

スタッフに少し時間ある時、トイレはもちろん、靴箱や、寝台の靴箱、スリッパの裏面などクリーニングしています

また、当院は部屋が広いので

寝台でいえば、25台近く寝台あるので、ほぼ待ち時間なく院内に入ることができます

つまり、その分掃除エリアも広いので、モップは、患者様がおられても、静かにしているときあります

He would tell me how grateful he was to work in a cool place, and how much he respected those who worked in the heat.

I still have a vivid memory of being taken to the beach just to talk about that.

Why is it so vivid?

Why?I think I was like, “Why?

But now I understand how my father felt.

I also have respect for those who work while battling life-threatening heat stroke.

We put a lot of effort into cleaning our clinic.

Whenever the staff has a little time, we clean the toilets, shoe boxes, bunk shoe boxes, the backs of slippers, and so on.

Also, our hospital has a large room.

In terms of bunks, we have almost 25 bunks, so you can enter the hospital with almost no waiting time!

This means that we have a large cleaning area, so sometimes the mop is silent even when patients are present.

最後、高段者大会の前にストーリーでアップした投げ込み人形への私の投げ込み動画

同級生に言われましたが、これは、自主練習用のものです

ストレス解消ではなく笑、フォームチェックと己が惰性にならないためです

最後、技をみせたのは、実は、得意技でない技をアップさせてます

試合となればこれが情報戦なのです笑

詐欺はダメですが、勝負は、相手が何をしてくるか？わからないという疑心暗鬼にさせること

最近、活動量などが増えてエコー観察が必要なケガの方が増えています

子どもさんの軟骨部分のケガの方もおられます

当院は大学のような研究機関ではないので、

ブログにわざわざ患者様の許可を得たのち、アップすることは、致しません

万が一、エコーでこれくらいわかる

かなりきつい骨折の場合で、エコーの雰囲気をわかっていただくとすれば、患者様の了解得ているということと二時使用防ぐために

畠中整骨院の文字印をいれます

しかしながらエコーの雰囲気わかっていただくなら、軽微な骨折の方がレントゲンよりわかりやすいケースもあり、それは、解像度(画素数、わかりやすく言えば見やすい数値がMRIより上です)

だからです

だからといってそれをわざわざアップするのも、芸がないというか？上記の手順を踏んでまで、個人に関することをわざわざブログに

する必要ないかというのが当院の方針です

さて、骨折やケガばかりが、整骨院にきたらいけないのか？というとそうではありません

次の日を1日とカウントして、5日間自宅待機推奨　

ここで、はっきりしたのは、推奨であり

必要不可欠な義務なのか？聞きました

すると、スーパーなど必要なことはマスクつけるなどしていってもよいです

ケガして整骨院とかいったらダメですか？聞きました

それはいいです

ということでした

さらに言えば

症状出た日が6月1日として

病院で陽性と5日に診断、判明した場合は待機期間は、1日だけというのが

厚生労働省のルールのようです

学校においては、学校により異なるので、ここは義務化に近いという厚生労働省と異なるルールにしたがってくださいとのことです

結論として

コロナウィルス、インフルエンザウィルス罹患して無症状で、整骨院に通院して後日判明した場合は必ず、当院にお伝えください

今日行楽日和ですね

私も事務仕事、昨日終えて今朝仕上げて

昼には、和歌山中央郵便局に保険申請(レセプト)持って行きました

あとは交通事故や生活保護の方の書類などとなります

さて、健心館指導している時は土曜日練習でしたのでレセプト業務はできず大変でした

また、この時期は試合ラッシュなので

日曜も監督として行くことも多々あります

そうなれば平日しかありません

なお大変です笑

というのも、小学の大会でも県大会で優勝狙おうとしたら、

負けたら前の年の8月から新チームで始動

出稽古など含めて準備していき、

3月からはほぼ試合ラッシュ

一方当館は中学は、中学でやるようにほぼ伝えていました。その上で余裕ある子は練習にきます

それは、以前、私はある中学校の外部指導をお願いされましたが、断りました

多忙とかではなく、部活動は課外活動であること

つまり、柔道だけ指導するのは、義務教育の過程でどうなのか？私なりの考えがあったためです

また、私は、他道場出身の学生さんを中学で教えたとしても小学から指導してきた子らと平等で指導します

が、子どもさんは、入る前にそう取らないでしょう

ということも踏まえて中学で道場カラーを暗示させるようなことは、義務教育の課外活動には、私は嫌であったので、断りました

外部指導を受けていたら、健心館は、民間の己の道場ですが、公立学校中学を指導すれば

より責任が生じます

なので、中学も受けると2倍となります

日曜が、ほぼないでしょう笑

勝てば、8月.9月、10月まで全国大会が入ります

もちろん、遠征で強い強化をして望む必要があります

ということを考えると私はいつも、中学の先生方の試合での引率をお見かけすると本当に大変だなあと思いながらみていました

反面素晴らしい、健心館の子たちにも中学の先生に感謝するように指導してきました

それを日本国は、変えようということで、クラブチーム移行にすすんだということで

それは、私は賛成です

が、柔道でも、月謝いらないので中学になれば部活でやらせるという、子どもさんに習い事させる経済的な余裕のないと思われる機会を失うことにならないように配慮してあげる必要も出てきますね。

運動は、全ての基本で、体力なければなにもできません、気力も湧いてきません

日本の子どもをたくましく育てて行く世の中により日本はしていく必要があるので、微力ではありますが、なにかしら協力できることはさせて頂きます

I finished my office work yesterday and this morning.

When I was teaching at Kenshinkan, we practiced on Saturdays, so it was a lot of work!

Also, there is a rush of games at this time of the year.

I often had to go on Sundays as a coach.

If you try to win the prefectural tournament,

If we lost, we had to start a new team in August of the previous year.

We would start preparing for the tournament, including practice sessions,

From March, there is a rush of matches.

I was once asked to be an outside coach for a junior high school, but I declined.

It was not because I was too busy, but because club activities are extracurricular activities.

In other words, I had my own opinion that teaching only judo is not a good idea in the process of compulsory education.

In addition, even if I teach students from other dojos in junior high school, I will teach them equally with those who I have taught since elementary school.

But the children will not take it that way before they enter the dojo.

I did not want to imply the dojo’s color in junior high school as an extracurricular activity of compulsory education, so I refused to do so.

If you teach middle school

If you teach junior high school, it will be twice as much as you spend here.

If we win, we will have national tournaments until August, September, and October.

Of course, we need to strengthen our team strongly by traveling to these tournaments.

So, when I saw the junior high school teachers leading their students to the games, I always thought that it was really hard work.

The family is a sacrifice.

And that’s why you decided to move to a club team.

I agree with that.

However, if there is a case in which a child is not able to afford to learn judo because there is no monthly fee, and the child will be allowed to participate in club activities when he or she enters junior high school, I think it is necessary to have a system to save the child by taking some measures.

Exercise is the basis of everything. Without physical strength, nothing can be done, not even energy.

However, as they say, the more boatmen you have, the more mountains you climb.

From my past experience, I think it is necessary to take measures to avoid confusion when club activities and club teams are mixed together.

Especially since they are adolescents.

In any case, Japan needs to create a world where children can grow up strong and healthy, and I will do what I can to help, even if it is in a small way.
