Lately, thanks to you all, it’s been busy since morning. Some patients seem to be waiting for the blog update, or wondering if the director is away on business if it doesn’t appear.

So, I’m posting the blog daily in the brief moments between electrical therapy sessions.

However, today I’m extremely pressed for time. I’m writing this now because I have just this moment available.

November is ending.

I’ll give it my all for the final push today and tomorrow.

当院の敷地内の和歌浦口バス停において

当院が設置しているサントリーさんの自販機についてお知らせです

今週土曜日、和歌浦口バス停前と2階フィットネスplusとも、撤去となります

また、サントリーさんの仕事の都合(部署の違い)により、自販機内の飲料は、明日撤去されるようです

当院としては、地域の方々に誤解を招かないように、サントリーさんの撤去の仕事の段取りであることを記載しておいてほしいと伝えました

当院としても、12月契約が、センゴクさんの予定でした。

センゴクさんが、キリンさんとの飲料を今年12月で和歌山市だけ契約しないというお話がありました。

またセンゴクさん自販機内の、半分サントリーさんの飲料になるとのこと。

それに伴い、それなら、当院はキリンさんオンリーの自販機にすることにしました

そのため、キリン社が入るまで、サントリーさんの自販機を設置して5年契約をこえても、当院への売り上げとかいらないので、地域の方にご迷惑ないようにサントリーさんの担当の方にお伝えしました

が、上記の対応となりました

キリンさんの自販機は、来週には、入ると思います

キリンさんには

可能なら

大阪関西万博であり、同機種が、増えているPayPayなどで飲料を購入できる自販機

さらには、アサヒ飲料さんの自販機にあるような売り上げの一部をがん研究の資金に寄付するような自販機を医療機関の当院の要望だけしておきました

いずれにせよ

来週には、キリンさんの自販機が入るのと

2階フィットネスに、急遽追加マシーン決定したこと。

次に、周知の通り、ウォーターベッドも入ることから自販機入れない方が大きなスペースできると判断し、フィットネスplus内には、自販機設置いたしません

This is Takeshi Hatakenaka, Director of Hatakenaka Orthopedic Clinic,

located in front of the Wakaura-guchi Bus Stop in Wakayama City.

We would like to inform you about the Suntory vending machine

installed by our clinic at the Wakaura-guchi Bus Stop on our premises.

This Saturday, the vending machines at both the Wakaura-guchi Bus Stop and the 2nd floor Fitness Plus will be removed.

Additionally, due to Suntory’s operational arrangements (involving different departments), the beverages inside the vending machines will be removed tomorrow.

Our clinic requested that Suntory clearly state this is part of their removal process to avoid misunderstandings among local residents.

Regarding Sengoku’s plans, we were informed that Kirin will not renew its beverage contract exclusively with Wakayama City after December this year.

Consequently, our hospital has decided to switch to Kirin vending machines.

Therefore, until Kirin machines are installed, even if the Suntory machines exceed their 5-year contract period, we have informed Suntory’s representative that we do not require sales revenue from our hospital, to avoid inconveniencing the local community.

However, the situation has developed as described above.

We expect Kirin’s vending machines to be installed next week.

We have requested Kirin, if possible, to provide vending machines like those seen at the Osaka Kansai Expo—machines that accept payment via PayPay and similar services.

Furthermore, as a medical institution, we specifically requested vending machines like those from Asahi Beverage, where a portion of sales is donated to cancer research funds.

In any case,

Since Kirin’s vending machine will be installed next week,

and as you know, additional machines and water beds will be urgently added to the 2nd floor fitness area, we determined that not installing a vending machine would free up space. Therefore, no vending machine will be installed within Fitness Plus.

We appreciate your understanding regarding the above.

具体的にまたお知らせいたします

当ビルを改装いたします

それにともない、2階、3階の時間帯、スポット、部分的、全面など色々なことを想定したテナント募集も行います

雑賀崎小学校前の県外資格者の寮(おのうら院の有効活用)も本格的にテナント発信行います

2011年に現在のビルをご縁を頂き、購入いたしました

それから14年、それまでにも色々な気になる点を当方から相談してきました

当院としても、なぜ14年で、改装なのか？

不思議で仕方ないです

今回、設計士、施工会社を変えて行います

設計士は、医療機関など多くの案件を手がける

高校の同級生である辻岡先生にお願いいたします

施工会社は浅川組様

最近では、和歌山で有名な和歌山駅近くの

ほしのクリニック様の設計士で、斬新です

また改装の時期と、テナント料金はお知らせでいたします

Orthopedic Clinic.

Getting straight to the point, regarding the matter we’ve been finalizing since April this year:

We will provide further details soon.

We will be renovating this building.

Consequently, we will also be recruiting tenants for the 2nd and 3rd floors, considering various options such as time slots, spot rentals, partial spaces, or full floors.

We will also actively seek tenants for the dormitory for non-local licensed professionals in front of Saigazaki Elementary School (effective utilization of the Onoura Clinic).

We acquired the current building through a fortunate connection and purchased it in 2011.

Fourteen years have passed since then. Even before that, we had discussed various ideas, including renovation plans, from our side.

Even for our clinic, why renovate after 14 years?

It’s quite puzzling.

This time, we will change both the architect and the construction company.

The architect is Mr. Tsujioka, a high school classmate of mine who handles many projects, including medical facilities.

The construction company is Asakawa-gumi.

Recently, they worked with the architect for the innovative Hoshino Clinic near Wakayama Station, which is famous in Wakayama.

We will announce the timing of the renovation and the tenant fees in a notice.

私もゆっくりさせて頂いております

私は、父が、私が特に思春期の頃

社団法人和歌山県柔道整復師会の会長

日本柔整整骨師会の理事などをしていて東京にもよく出張行っていました

その苦労と、自己犠牲をみてきたので

私は絶対、役職を持たないと心に誓っています

さて、タイトルにある通り、

戦争で大変な中、ウクライナ出身の安青錦関あっぱれです

安青錦関は、大相撲に入る前に私の母校、関大の相撲部と繋がりがあり、関大拠点で練習していたようです

私も学生時代、先輩が、相撲部の試合にも駆り出されて試合に出ていたような記憶があります

ケガなく、大関に、横綱になられることを祈っております

How are you spending your holiday?

I’m taking it easy myself.

My father, especially during my adolescence,

served as Chairman of the Wakayama Prefecture Judo Therapists Association

and as a Director of the Japan Judo Therapists Association, frequently traveling to Tokyo on business.

Having witnessed his hardships and self-sacrifice,

I vowed to myself that I would absolutely never hold such a position.

Now, as the title suggests,

Amazing work by Ukrainian-born wrestler Anseikim, especially during these difficult times of war.

Before entering professional sumo, Anseikim had connections with my alma mater, Kansai University’s sumo club, and apparently trained at their base.

I also recall during my student days, seniors would sometimes draft us into sumo club matches.

I pray he stays injury-free and achieves the ranks of Ōzeki and Yokozuna.

The vending machine in front of the bus stop, which has been especially active this summer,

will switch to a new manufacturer starting December.

Until November, it was operated by Suntory.

Starting December, it will be replaced by Sengoku Vender, whose machine was originally installed in front of the Suntory one.

This location will carry products from various manufacturers.

We have requested that Kirin products be stocked in greater quantity.

If you have requests for other manufacturers’ products to be included, we will gladly accommodate them.

Essentially,

both the vending machine in front of the Wakaura-guchi Bus Stop and the one on the 2nd floor at Fitness Plus will be replaced by Sengoku Vender.
