最近、東京よくいくのですが、それは、周知の通り、京王線の明大前駅の確認もかねております

東京の都心部では、アパホテルがかなりのドミナント戦略をとってほぼ、コンビニの距離感より近いといっても過言ではありません

確かに宿泊する数は決まっているので縦に高くコンパクトにそれでかつ、多く作った方が多くの方にご宿泊頂けるということかと思います

しかし、和歌山は人口がどんどん減り、

むしろ距離感をあけるのが、ベストだと整骨院に関しては思います

それをこえた、これはニーズというものを優先したかつ土地活用と一石二鳥というものです

Recently, I’ve been visiting Tokyo frequently. As is well known, this also involves checking on Meidaimae Station on the Keio Line.

APA Hotels have adopted a very dominant strategy, establishing locations closer than the typical distance to a convenience store.

However, Wakayama’s population is steadily declining.

For an osteopathic clinic, I believe maintaining distance is actually the best approach.

This initiative prioritizes meeting this demand while also utilizing the land effectively—killing two birds with one stone.

昨日は、23時ごろに帰宅しました

千葉県に行くのは、私が学会発表を千葉大学でさせて頂いた以来かと思います

いや間違い千葉にはディズニーランド、シーのみいっていた笑

東京はかなり慣れているのですが千葉は土地勘もなく、まあまあ大変でした

が、名誉院長もご一緒なので、

歩行距離と大浴場ある方がよいと考えて

新幹線品川からのJR浜野駅からのルートインにしました(会場にもタクシーで近い)

ルートインは伊勢に行った時も宿泊しましたがいいホテルですね

ただ、来年、講道館杯に行く際は

料金は少しだけ千葉駅の方があがると思われますが、千葉駅でとろうかと思った次第です

今から保険申請と作業を行います

当院の慣れた女性スタッフが、受付でできる保険証入力までの作業をしてくれているので

日々の事務処理や、レセプトコンピュータからの明細書発行印刷は、全ての患者様に当院は行っております。

そこからつめの作業を私が行い、これから明日までには仕上げてしまおうかと思います

徹夜は防ぐ笑

I am Takeshi Hatakenaka, Director of Hatakenaka Orthopedic Clinic.

I returned home around 11 PM yesterday.

I believe the last time I went to Chiba Prefecture was when I gave a presentation at Chiba University for a conference.

I’m quite familiar with Tokyo, but I have no sense of direction in Chiba, so it was quite challenging.

However, since the Honorary Director was accompanying me,

I thought it would be better to choose a location with a large bath and a shorter walking distance,

so we stayed at Route Inn in Shinagawa.

I stayed at Route Inn when I went to Ise too; it’s a good hotel.

Still, when I go to the Kodokan Cup next year,

I’m thinking of booking near Chiba Station.

Now I’ll handle insurance claims and paperwork.

Our experienced female staff handles all tasks up to insurance card input at reception,

so our clinic handles daily administrative tasks and printing detailed statements from the claims computer for all patients.

I plan to finish everything by tomorrow.

Avoiding all-nighters lol

3) We will accommodate emergency patients with fractures or similar injuries today.

Yesterday, I strained my back while putting on my shoes at the hotel,

さて、本日、講道館杯という柔道のトップ選手が集まる試合を応援に行ってきました

講道館杯とは、各部門(大学、社会人、警察の全国上位選手のみ出場できる試合です)

高校生では、インターハイチャンピオンのみ出場できるという具合です

最近、私は柔道の試合は全日本選手権ぐらいしか観戦に行ってませんでした

健心館の指導を今はお休みしていることもあり、柔道の事情に疎いとも言えます

が、今講道館杯に出ている選手は

小学校のとき、どこの道場でどんな柔道をしたか？把握しているので、大きく立派になったなあと純粋と思います

当館OBも立派に出て嬉しく思います

また、試合を一日みて、ハイレベルの戦いにここを勝ち上がる選手はすごいなあと思います

当館OBも、3回生なので、後1年ありますし今年大きな経験ができたと思います

経験値というのは土壇場の時に威力を発揮しますので是非来年は更なる高みを目指して健闘祈ります

その前に一番重要なことは致命的なけがをしないこと、次にケガをしないこと

ケガだけ気をつけて健闘祈ります

How have you been enjoying the holidays?

Today, I went to cheer on the Kodokan Cup, a tournament gathering top judo athletes.

The Kodokan Cup is a competition where only the top national athletes from each division (university, corporate, and police) can participate.

For high school students, only Inter-High School Champions can participate.

Lately, I’d only been going to watch the All Japan Championships for judo competitions.

Since I’m currently taking a break from teaching at Kenshinkan, I could say I’m out of touch with the judo scene.

But seeing the athletes competing in the Kodokan Cup now,

I know exactly which dojo they trained at and what kind of judo they practiced back in elementary school. Seeing how much they’ve grown and how impressive they’ve become fills me with pure admiration.

It’s also wonderful to see our clinic’s alumni performing so well.

Watching a full day of matches, I’m also struck by how incredible it is that athletes can rise through such high-level competition.

Our dojo’s third-year alumni still have one more year left, and I believe they gained significant experience this year.

Experience truly pays off in critical moments, so I sincerely hope they strive for even greater heights next year.

But before that, the most crucial thing is avoiding serious injury, followed by avoiding any injury at all.

Just be careful not to get hurt, and I wish you all the best.

One more point: due to our long-term employment strategy, we are targeting individuals under 45 years old (subject to the Labor Standards Act).

The current afternoon staff member will be assigned to a different shift, so they will not be working alongside the new hire.

1) On Wednesdays of weeks containing a national holiday, all staff will be present and we will operate as usual.

2) On other Wednesdays:

These are days for extracorporeal shock wave therapy, which attracts patients from other prefectures and distant areas. The director will be present.

For all other patients:

1) Those who arrive unaware of the schedule

2) Those who don’t normally need to come on Wednesdays but visit due to scheduling or acute pain that day

3) Emergency patients (e.g., fractures)

4) Those who can only visit on Wednesdays due to scheduling conflicts

No appointment is necessary.

昨日、本当にハラハラする試合でしたね

石井選手からホームランはシーズン中あり得ないことがおこりました

石井投手泣かないで来年またご活躍応援しています

ソフトバンクさんもおめでとう御座います

ソフトバンク小久保監督は和歌山出身でご実家もすぐ近く

また、小久保監督の母校星林高校は当院のすぐそばで、私が桐蔭高校3年の時、甲子園行ったのが星林高校でした

その時の主力が、毎日、西浜中学から仲良く下校の時、一緒に帰ってきた子です

彼が中学で野球せず、クラブチーム

私も中学で柔道せず、健心館で

同じようなスタイルでした

そのため、紀三井寺競技場にいったとき、

応援席で会って、遠くからニヤニヤして、その後ろで同じように小久保さんがニヤニヤしてたのが、非常に印象に残っています

日本代表の監督も務められていたので

試合中非常に厳しい表情をされていたのが、勝負師を感じました

また、来年セリーグ、パリーグともいい試合をみてファンの方々を楽しませてください

この時期までご苦労様でした

私も10月最後の施術日をお一人お一人全力でさせて頂きます

Yesterday’s game was truly nerve-wracking, wasn’t it?

That home run off pitcher Ishii was something you’d never expect during the season.

Don’t cry, pitcher Ishii. We’ll be cheering for your success again next year.

Congratulations to the SoftBank Hawks as well.

Manager Kokubo of SoftBank is from Wakayama, and his family home is very close by.

Also, Manager Kokubo’s alma mater, Seirin High School, is right next to our clinic. When I was a third-year at Toin High School, the team that went to Koshien was Seirin High School.

The star player back then was a kid I used to hang out with after school at Nishihama Junior High.

He didn’t play baseball in junior high; he joined a club team.

I also didn’t do judo in middle school; I trained at Kenshinkan.

We had similar paths.

Because of that, when I went to Kimiidera Stadium,

seeing him in the stands, grinning from afar, and then seeing Manager Kokubo grinning behind him just like that—it left a very strong impression on me.

Since he also served as Japan’s national team manager,

his extremely stern expression during the game made me sense the competitive spirit of a true competitor.

Also, next year, please give fans great games to enjoy in both the Central and Pacific Leagues.

Thank you for your hard work up to this point.

I too will give my all to each and every one of you on my last treatment day of October.

If asked whether the work is easy or hard, I’d say it’s hard.

However, I believe it is rewarding.

We currently have an afternoon staff member, but due to our clinic’s digitalization, computer skills are essential.

Furthermore, as part of our long-term employment strategy, we are targeting applicants under 45 years old (subject to the Labor Standards Act).

The current afternoon staff member works a different shift, so you would not be working together.

本日休みの日でしたが、患者様が来られました

施術日でないから完全オフとかではなく

経営者としての仕事が待っております

本日、顧問会計士、顧問社会労務士の先生と月一回の打ち合わせをしておりました

そんな時来られたということです

来週からは、リアルに整骨院で施術として水曜日もありますのでいつでもご来院ください

さて、本日終わってから万博や東京出張でなかなかできていなかった筋トレした後

大阪市茶屋町の丸善ジュンク堂書店に行きました

何を購入したのか？また後日発表いたします

その後甲子園球場へ

時間があるときは、試合開始1.2時間前からいます

一番はどんな練習しているのか？アップしているのか？みるためです

これはトレーナー的な仕事の側面もあります

今は指導は休んでいて受け入れてしてませんが、柔道の健心館の指導の際に

サッカー、野球のアップ

特にサッカーの競技特性は柔道に似ていなさそうで私見ではありますが、似ております

そのため、サッカー日本代表の試合や、近隣ならセレッソさんの試合などみて、健心館の練習に取り入れてきました

話は元に戻しますの、早くいくのは、その理由と、球場内で試合始まる前に夕食を同時にゆっくり食べるためですね笑

日本シリーズに限らず、先日より久しぶりの柔道試合の観戦。

そんな試合をみたら

私が、健心館の監督をしていた頃を思い出し、

こんな緊張感のある場所(試合)に行きたい気もします

我が子が、本気で柔道するという時がくれば、仕事も忙しく、永続的に受け入れてするのは難しいと思うので期間を区切って

健心館の指導が、復帰する可能性は十二分にあります

日本シリーズを観戦して、元気を本日頂きました。明日からまた仕事頑張ります

Although today was my day off, a patient came in.

It’s not like I can completely disconnect just because it’s not a treatment day.

Work as a business owner awaits me.

Today, I had my monthly meeting with my advisor accountant and advisor social insurance labor consultant.

That’s when the patient came in.

Starting next week, I’ll actually be performing treatments at the clinic on Wednesdays too, so please feel free to visit anytime.

Now then, after finishing up today, I did some weight training I hadn’t been able to do much due to the Expo and Tokyo business trips.

Then I went to Maruzen Junkudo Bookstore in Chayamachi, Osaka City.

What did I buy? I’ll announce that another day.

After that, I headed to Koshien Stadium.

When I have time, I arrive 1-2 hours before the game starts.

Mainly to see what kind of practice they’re doing? How they warm up?

This also has a trainer-like aspect to my work.

I’m currently not coaching and not accepting students, but when I was coaching at Kenshinkan Judo,

I observed soccer and baseball warm-ups.

Especially soccer’s competitive characteristics seem similar yet different to judo,

so I incorporated things I saw at Japan national team games or, if nearby, Cerezo Osaka games.

Also, it’s so I can leisurely eat dinner inside the stadium before the game starts, haha.

Watching such intense matches

brings back memories of my time as Kenshinkan’s coach,

and makes me want to be in such a tense environment again.

If my child ever seriously takes up judo, my work is busy, so permanently accepting them would be difficult. I’d likely set a time limit,

but the possibility of returning is definitely there.
