Director Emeritus’ dinner companion and golfing buddy

passed away two days in a row.

I was also a member of the Wakayama Minami Rotary Club, and I will miss him very much.

The Honorary Director will celebrate his 80th birthday next year!

I am planning to hold a party to celebrate with the Director of Komatsubara.

His hobby is golf, and when his fellow golf patients visit him or I see him on the golf course, I am surprised to hear that he is really running well!

I am also surprised when they tell me that they come to the golf course and practice faster than people who are two or more years older than them.

However, I was convinced that my soul as a judoka was coming out in me.

Honorary Director has been away from golf for a long time due to teaching at Kenshinkan and taking care of my mother.

But now, even in this hot and humid weather, he is back to play golf every Sunday and is back in good spirits!

I am a little concerned about heat stroke, but I try not to go out on Saturdays, even if we go out for dinner.

I have been working and doing judo my whole life, and I certainly didn’t have much time for myself.

I got married late, partly because I had high aspirations, but more than that, partly because I didn’t really have time.

さて、少し辛い話ではあるのですが

名誉院長のお食事仲間、ゴルフ仲間の方々

が、2日続けて亡くなられました

私もその方々には和歌山南ロータリークラブでお世話になりましたので本当に寂しい限りです

お一人は当ビルの電気系統の管理の社長様ですので本当に私も辛い気持ちです

その仕事への意志をわたしも受け継いで畠中整骨院ビルをしっかり盛り立てていきます

さて、名誉院長は、来年米寿も迎えます

小松原の院長先生とご一緒にお祝い会を開こうと私は考えております

さて、名誉院長の趣味は完全にゴルフでゴルフ仲間の患者様が来られるもしくはゴルフ場で見かけられた患者様は、ほんまに理事長元気で走ってるでと私も言われてびっくりしています

また、下手したら二回り以上に近い方よりも早くゴルフ場にきて練習してるでと言われてびっくりしました

しかしその勝負への準備は笑、私の中で、

柔道家としての魂が出ていると確信しました

名誉院長は、健心館の柔道指導や私の母の看病などで長らくゴルフから遠ざかってました

が、今はこのクソ暑いむちゃくちゃな気温でも毎週日曜ゴルフいかれて楽しそうに帰ってこられてその後、畑を耕されています

私としては熱中症だけは、気をつけてくださいといつもお伝えしております。

家族で、外食あったとしても、私は、土曜日はほとんど行かないように配慮してます笑

前日アルコールが入るのと早く寝ていただくためです

なので万博は、日曜セッティングなんかタブーです

本来なら大阪に泊まり土曜、日曜にいくとかなり多くの国を回れるのですが、万博よりゴルフのようです

かなり強制的に強く勧められて名誉院長が使われた古いゴルフ道具を綺麗に治されて頂きました

紀州にもいきました

私の勝負師なので、緊張感もって練習すべきだと、一階のど真ん中で練習して、2時間ぐらい集中しきって、クラクラくると思うとそうだ水分取ってないと飲むくらい集中してました

が、名誉院長は、ドスーンと打ち方はYouTubeでみるゴルフ指導者の方のフォームと程遠いですが、ストーンとまっすぐ遠くに飛ばします

わたしもやりすぎて、TFCCを痛めてので知らん間にやめていました

ゴルフは、柔道と対極にあり、

止まっているものを遠くに飛ばすのがゴルフ

動き回っているものを引きつけて投げる

運動理論から言えば180度異なります

なので、やはり私にはやはり筋トレです笑

さて、今まで私は、仕事、柔道という生活を送ってきて、ほとんど自分の時間を取れなかったというのは確かでした

結婚も遅くなったのも、高望みはしてなくはないのでそれも一因でしたが笑、それよりも、実際は時間がなかったというのは、一因ではあります

私も今年53歳

上記を踏まえて

残りの人生で何をしたいのか？

何を楽しみたいのか？を考えて

毎日過ごしていきたいと思います

現時点で軽傷者1名のようですが、

花火師の方々も無事でよかったです

本当に命懸けで夢を与えて頂いている花火好きな私としては感謝いたします

本当に花火師方々が、特に一番近い場所であったはずで無事でよかったです

プロレス同様ダイナミックな技が加速してきているとしたら、

次に猛暑で偶発的なことがあるとするのであれば

花火師の方が一番安全な花火を打ち上げられることをお祈りいたします

I’m really glad that the pyrotechnicians are safe, especially those who must have been in the nearest place.

早速ですが、当院では、整骨院では全国初とメーカーさんが言われている20年以上前から導入している骨折早くつけるように期待できる治療機器

低出力超音波治療機器

骨折に限らず靱帯損傷、軟骨損傷、半月板などケガの早期回復に使用しております

当院ではメーカーさんから確認していたので　特に患者様から言われたことないです

が、当院も会員である

日本外傷協会の先生方より保護者の方から

軟骨に影響ないか？ご質問ある場合もあるようです

そこで、日本柔整外傷協会より

メーカーさんの文面含めて会員の先生方に共有頂きました

かなり多くの文面でわかりやすいのですが、会員向けの文面なので、一部抜粋で引用させて頂きます

日本柔整外傷協会の角野先生ありがとうございます

成長軟骨に対する超音波は全てが禁忌というわけでは無く、

超音波の設定が温熱効果が発生する出力（具体的には高出力

DUTY50〜100%）が子供の骨端軟骨に異常をきたす可能性があるといわれています。

超音波の温熱作用により、局所の細胞代謝が過剰に促進され軟骨細胞の分裂や分化が乱れ、異常な骨化を誘発する可能性があると言われています。

LIPUSの場合は、超音波の出力がDUTY5～20%と、低出力の為、温熱作用は働きません。非温熱作用の為、急性期の外傷にも対応しています。

また、現時点で国内ではLIPUS等の超音波治療が成長軟骨へ何かしらの悪影響が出たという報告は見られませんでした。

メーカーさんも

超音波の出力が高すぎると骨端線に影響を及ぼす可能性があるため注意が必要ですが、LIPUSは非常に低出力で、温熱作用もないため、成長期のお子様にも安全に使用できるとされています。

実際に問題が生じたという報告も現時点では確認されておりません。

当院では、3機ありますが、今期は最新の治療機器を導入したので、そこは増やしませんでしたが、来季は6機にする予定でいます

その際は日本シグマックス社製を導入予定となっております

As a quick reminder, our clinic has been using a treatment device that is said to be the first of its kind in Japan for osteopathic clinics and has been introduced more than 20 years ago by the manufacturer.

Low-power ultrasound treatment equipment

We use it not only for fractures, but also for early recovery from injuries such as ligament damage, cartilage damage, and meniscus.

Our clinic has never been told about it, especially by our patients, since we had confirmed it from the manufacturer.

However, our clinic is a member of the Japan Trauma Association.

However, we have received some comments from parents and guardians from doctors of the Japan Trauma Association, of which our clinic is a member.

Do you think it will affect the cartilage?There are cases where parents have questions about whether or not the cartilage is affected.

So, from the Japan Judo Trauma Association

The text of the manufacturer was shared with our member doctors.

It is quite a lot of text and easy to understand, but since it is for the members, I will quote a few excerpts

Not all ultrasound for growth cartilage is contraindicated,

The ultrasound settings should be set to an output that produces a warming effect (specifically, high output

DUTY 50-100%) may cause abnormalities in the epiphyseal cartilage of children.

It is said that the thermal effect of ultrasound may induce abnormal ossification by excessively accelerating local cell metabolism and disrupting the division and differentiation of chondrocytes.

In the case of LIPUS, the ultrasound output is low (5-20% duty cycle), so the hyperthermic effect does not work.Because of its non-thermal action, LIPUS can be used for acute trauma.

Also, at this point in time, there have been no reports of LIPUS or other ultrasound treatments having any adverse effects on growth cartilage in Japan.

The manufacturer also

While caution is required when ultrasound output is too high, as it can affect the epiphyseal line, LIPUS has a very low output and no thermal effect, so it is considered safe to use in growing children.

There have been no reports of actual problems at this time.

We have three LIPUS machines in our clinic, but since we introduced the latest treatment equipment this term, we did not increase the number of machines there, but we plan to increase the number to six next season.

In that case, we are planning to introduce a new machine made by Sigmax Japan.

4) If something happens, we can evacuate to the dojo on the third floor.
